This location is excellent customers service, no time wasted. My laptop was broken hinges shipped on Thursday, they received it and fixed it right way. They shipped back to me on Friday. Absolutely there’s no time wasted. Keep it up!Thank you for taking care customers like me.

Extremely happy with the turn around time with laptop LCD dispaly repair/replacement. Got the RMA weeks ahead of drop-off schedule, dropped off the unit on a Friday morning. To my surprise I got an email the following Monday before lunch that it was ready for pick-up. Keep up the amazing work MSI I was definitely impressed.

I love that they allow you to do drop ins. So I didn't need to pay for postage. I drove it to them and they gladly accepted my RMA. They replaced my z690 pro A and only took one day to do so. I dropped it off and the next day they told me to come pick up the new replaced board.Although do double check when you take delivery of it. I found that some motherboard pins and capacitors were slighly bent but otherwise works fine so far. Will update if anything.Just make sure if that you like your motherboard box, keep it and send it with a different motherboard box. Kinda sad I lost my good looking box for a regular plain white box. But it is what it is.

A group of us ordered monitors through MSI Gaming Official Store" on BestBuy. They shipped the wrong monitors to everyone before realizing (on the holidays too lol). They asked everyone to return their monitors to this address to get their new ones sent.After being assured the new monitors were held for us

in a matter of few days they created the RMA as I was having trouble creating it myself. I sent them my laptop for a crashing issue. they replaced the mainboard (motherboard) and sent it back in perfect condition. one RMA. everything done smoothly. thanks to everyone in the team.

RMA created over the call for my Modern 14 hinge issue. My laptop was out of warranty but I guess the hinge issue was a known one.I dropped my laptop on Friday and today (Wednesday) FedEx dropped it back. Fully repaired and not a penny out of my pocket!

I wish there were a -1 star review.Complete and utter garbage service. Horrible people.Every person we have dealt with has been a liar.Bought 2 monitors through these people 3 weeks ago, they shipped the wrong monitors, refused to ship the correct ones, told us they would hold the correct ones, then said they were out of stock. Close to home, good staff. Sent my Motherboard in after updating the BIOS and having a black screen appear without my peripherals working. They cleared the CMOS for me, and the motherboard worked.
