Had such a wonderful experience with penny and max. Penny was efficient and great at explaining how things work etc as me and my partner were buying our first home and occasional would get a bit confused but penny took the time and effort to explain things to me! Would answer all my calls and even on her annual leave said I could contact her if needed! I felt very comfortable with harpers estate agents dealing with our first mortgage. I would definitely recommend to others!
