WORSE nail salon experience I ever had, and I only asked for a simple task, a gel nail removal. While she was working on my nail removal, she couldn't tell the difference between my real nails and my fake nails and was shaving down to my real nails which damaged and scratched my nails. Not only was the experience painful, I would not trust or recommend anyone to come back.

It’s true they accept walk-in customers, but from my experience, the quality of their service is questionable. I went there two times because I wanted to give them a second chance. However, the nail polish came off 5 days later. Not worth it.I spent around 45 cad.

I was shopping in Metrotown and decided last minute to do my nails. To my surprise this place was open late and Helen did a fantastic job on a full set of fake nails with gel I believe for a really great price! They are not bulky and inconsistent like I often get at other spas, they’re perfect and she was very fast!

I’ve been here a couple of times and I’ve had a great experience both times. I just get a basic pedicure, but the massage includes hot stones, and serious magic with a very hot towel. The polish lasts at least a week, and the technicians are very nice. Helen in particular is fantastic. Also the pricing is incredibly reasonable. This is my new go-to place!

Tracy did my nails. It was accurate. She paid attention to colour, design as well as the shape really well. She was so considerate since my cuticles have been damaged by sanitizers so much but she was very careful while doing my nails. Definitely would recommend the place. The place is so clean and calm.

I was a little anxious due to the bad reviews but I decided to give it a chance and had a pleasant surprise. They did a really good job on my nails. Kathy did my pedicure and I did not catch the name of the lady who did my manicure but they took their time and they did the shape I requested perfectly. Super happy and the price was totally reasonable. They are very quick to get you in even though I just walked in. Perfect for emergency nails! Thank you!

This place is fantastic. They are super busy and handle it with ease! The owner Lin did my acrylic set and gel pedicure and I was very happy. Everything was very clean, they took their time and did a wonderful job.

Look, i had my nails done and I really dont know what is the best for my nails. I just let Mr #will_nail_it to do it and yes, its wonderfully made.. he knows what is the best color for my skin.. Mr Will has given me discount and its worth it..:) im enjoying so far..:) thanks Mr Will..

The service was quick and friendly. They took me in right away, with no appointment, during the Christmas rush. (Dec 17)My 2 Star rating is in regards to the quality of nails. As I mentioned, I went in on December 17 to get Gel nails done before my holiday Vacation and not even a week later, on Christmas Eve, my nails started breaking off. Needless to say, I am very disappointed as I've paid well over $100 (including the tip)Today is December 29, 2021 and half of the nails are broken off and the rest are barely hanging on.I hope this helps someone before spending a good amount of money trying to treat themselves.
