TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Just left an appointment with Marla. We had a very complicated matter that needed sorting on our business account. She was extremely attentive, personable and funny! She was able to communicate well and explain clearly. Very satisfied with our service and will continue to bank with this branch because of her.

My 5 star rating is based on my experience with Natalie Leger alone. I have had terrible experiences in the past with this branch. Having said that Natalie was a breath of fresh air. So helpful, friendly and down to earth. Really felt like talking money with a friend. It was a great experience and I will definitely not hesitate to visit Natalie again...and maybe bring a coffee next time! Thanks for everything Natalie :) I will pass your name on for sure!

They put a hold on the cheque from Travelers Insurance for a week that was to pay for roof damage during hurricane Fiona.Customer 20+ years, not including tomorrow.

Why can they not update your account book in the printer. They are quick enough to give you an 81/2x11 sheet of paper with all your transactions on it. They change their minds weekly, panic does that I guess. Being cautious yes for sure, overkill is getting old. Maybe we should withdraw everything from the bank as they are so timid. Enjoy EI.

Absolutely the WORST BANK BRANCH ive ever dealt with. I had the opportunity do deal with Olliver De Freitas who by the way is the manager customer experience. He was the absolute worst person ive ever dealt with, i mind boggled that this guy has a title like this at a bank branch. He was absolutely the most rude and arrogant person ive ever dealt with very very unprofessional. I will be switching banks for sure

I went in to cash a cheque and the lady in there was rude, kept questioning me as to why my mother was writing me a cheque for that amount and overall was extremely rude to me.This bank has awful employees and I do not recommend, the TD in Bedford is amazing!!

We have been with Canada Trust since before the acquisition with TD. We were loyal customers until about 3 months ago. Dec 9th Saturday was the last straw. We will no longer deal with a Cannot do" bank! We have been having issues with the new Assistant manager and manager of this branch trying to look after our daily business with our rentals that we have with this branch since 2009. This day was the last day we will ever deal with TD again. We are also assisting our family with moving their investments and accounts as well starting yesterday. I have worked with another bank for 21 years and I am very knowledgeable about the Bank act. The assistant manager Robyn tried to spurt out some mumbo jumbo about no banks are able to set up PAPs for a landlord so the tenants can pay their monthly rent any longer. This is actually false I set these types of products up (sole proprietor) all the time

I have been banking with td for over 15 years and never have I had a worse banking experience in my life then I had at td in lower sackville. Dealt with a manager named Oliver D Freitas. Bought a car from public went to go pay out their loan for them so I could get a lien release. He made it absolutely miserable to do. He wouldn't even give me the exact amount so I could pay it off and made the guy I bought the car from take off from work just so he could get the exact amount!!Worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life from this guy if you bsnk with yd whatever you do don't deal with Oliver D Freitas!!!!

This is definitely the worst TD branch anywhere in Canada, and I've lived across country from coast-to-coast. Teller did not even know how to read the statements or balance sheets and said I owed them money when the balance was zero. Then another teller did not know how to get me the right form and worse still, guess the response.People here are nice enough but they are so poorly trained; or just don't feel comfortable asking for help from their more experienced colleagues or supervisors. They're all nice enough so I'm really not sure what's going on behind the counter. As I can see from the other reviews, I am not the only one who thinks this way. I wonder if TD will do something about this. I'd be surprised if I get a response for my review.Additional note:TD did respond to my TD website complaint and I was shocked at how quickly they did; the branch manager called within a few hours. They do take their customer service seriously. He was very receptive to what I had to say and I really respected that. No excuses, just great listening and sincere questions. Excellent leadership. Though my ratings remain a one-star for now, I'm fairly confident that this branch will be a 5-star shortly. Check back in 3 months...2 months later:Maybe luck, maybe things are looking better, but we've dealt with staff who are more 'professional' and confident; they know what they're doing. Staff seems a little more careful with answers. Please keep up with the improvements. Thank you.
