I don't know how to review a service that is not an actual shop. I have the worse service here from Rogers. I can never get a hold of them. All I want is my account number and I can't even find that although I can pay my bill??? I've emailed. Tried to call and nothing. All they want is my money.

I had a wonderful experience with Karim and Ammar at this Rogers location. After many conversations with both Rogers and Telus (who I both do business with) Karim and Ammar were both extremely helpful, got me a great deal on my plan along with adding a new line, a hardware upgrade, and a free tablet. I would happily go out of my way to work with them again and I will be recommending that my friends and family go to see them. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience today under Cat and Karim’s help. Cat recommended me a super good plan with up to $30 discount for essential workers. There was a bit of difficulty with my case at first but they managed to solve it quickly and professionally!!! Best retailer experience so far!!! Highly recommend this location!!! Many thanks to the team!!!

I had a very bad experience in this store. The store manager Kareem, lied to me about a tablet and said its free of cost with no contract that comes along with my phone. When i wanted to end my contract with rogers, they told me that i have to pay them 350 cad for the tablet. The tablet hardly costs 150. I went to the store to talk to the manager, and he denied, was not ready to listen and verbally abused me. He then shut the store door on my face. He lied to me at the first place and was not ready to help me out with the the mess that he created. I am stuck with a huge bill because of his lie.
