I agree, if I could give 0 stars I would.... Never have I had SO many issues with a financial institution. I have worked at multiple banks/credit unions and Westminster Savings is brutal. They clearly do not train staff properly as something ALWAYS goes wrong.... You ask for something to be cancelled and they end up taking more payments out etc. The Grandview location specifically has a bunch of incompetents' working there. They are not helpful and overall a terrible institution. Would not recommend to anyone.

DONT JOIN THIS BANKthey are NOT helpful and this institution is garbage! Hidden fee's everywhere that they will never tell you about.

I have always been welcomed with a super friendly face. I had a small incident with a teller being in a mood. I didn't notice anyone noticed but they did and I was promptly called and was apologized too. No one is perfect and everyone has their days! I love Jodi, Tasia, and Daniel all super ladies that I deal with on a regular basis now for years! Defiantly recommend this bank.

A big branch with new ATM installed.I used their ATM last night to conduct some cash transaction. Surprisingly it was quick and responsive (unlike the majority of BC CU ATM, slow outdated Soviet missile)

If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. I went in today to take advantage of the promotional offer they had from Oct 21 to Dec 8 for opening a new account and getting $600. When I went there in early November, I was told that they were booking into late January and at that point and added me to a list and said they'd call me when an appointment was available. After not hearing from them up until now I decided to drop by and see if I could now book an appointment. To my surprise, the branch manager who says his name is (Brent Armstrong) WHO I SPOKE WITH THE TIME PRIOR had no recollection of me and said my name isn't in the system and assured me that everyone on the list was added". Don't trust this credit union with your investments/money. They'll make promises that they can't keep. I'll be bringing this up with their head office to give them a chance to correct the situation before calling any of my media contacts."
