Laura Laos-Loo is teaching my son for his precal12. She was great, patient and very good at her tutoring.

Used this company three times. The first time was good. Second time they sent an instructor that was always late. Instructor was constantly cancelling at the last minute and then not showing up. we decided to give them another try for our daughter. We gave them the requirements that we wanted and they sent us the opposite saying that this is the best they could do. On the day before my daughters first class they cancelled and said that the instructor couldn’t make it we had planned all of our scheduling based on this instructor that wasn’t exactly what we wanted, but we went ahead anyways and gave it a chance.It now has been 3 weeks since we paid and no instructor was provided for my daughter.We asked for a refund as we felt that they were not providing the services in the time they told us and the coordinator was very rude and only had excuses. We asked to speak to the owner or the manager that was in charge. They said that they would call us back that same day and multiple times . It’s now been a week an no one has got back to us. My husband called them back and they said they would refund us the amount we paid -$150.But they were not able to provided any services they said they would. We then again ask them for a full refund, and explained if they didn’t, we would have no choice but to call our visa, and they said to him “do what ever you have to do” we still have not been contacted or refunded the amount we paid.Beware of this company.
