Turned down a patient!

I have been a patient of Dr Sherman's for almost a decade now and each year I have felt the level of care has gone downhill. Phone calls go unreturned, matters of importance are dealt with in a very lackadaisical manner and today it was made very clear that she doesn't need my business. It used to be a family doctor was A step above a walk-in clinic. That is no longer the case with this doctor.

The worst doctors office in Windsor. Dr. Sherman doesn’t seem to care one bit about her patients. Receptionists are often rude and short over the phone. You can schedule a phone appointment with the doctor and expect to wait over 40 minutes from your original appointment time. The provincial pharmacy isn’t any better. Theres such a lack of communication in between this doctor’s office and the pharmacy that is attached to it. You call one, and they say they sent your prescription, you call the pharmacy the next day and they say Dr Sherman didn’t send anything. Will have you chasing down your own prescription. Also, 9 times out of 10 they wont fill your prescription until you CALL and say you have a prescription sent, only then will they actually check their system. Incredibly poor doctors office.
