I have been coming here for over 30 years to see Dr Chow. I decided to give Dr Chan a try for an eye examination, she was very knowledgeable and patient with the eye exam and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed. The front end staff were very friendly. They provided me with lots of information with glassses and contact lens options.

Had a good visit getting an eye-exam done. It had been a number of years since I'd seen anyone about my eyes, and the staff took great care of me. Dr K Chan was great in the examination, and used analogies and examples that made the information very easy to understand. They also took the time to really understand my questions, both in what I was saying as well as my underlying concerns - and went the extra mile to explain all the possible options. Highly recommend them for any of your optometric needs!

I would vote 10/5 stars if i could! The team here is super friendly and knowledgeable. The reception team is exceptional and organized and Dr Chow is very professional where performing eye care appointments. Would definitely recommend coming here and always have a great time!

Dr Karen Chan has been the best optometrist I have had. She has seen everyone in my family including our young child. She's always patient, attentive, and provides excellent advice.

Had such a positive experience here. Was able to book an appointment quickly, and didn’t have to wait once I arrived. The whole team was remarkably attentive and friendly. Dr. Chow was so good at explaining everything. Would definitely return.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice office, and a large selection of frames to choose from. Dr. Chow has been my optometrist for several years and I have always felt he has given me fantastic care.

Quick, friendly, attentive service. I will be back when my benefits renew! ThanksJanet and Mandey were great! I had lots of fun ordering new glasses with blue light lenses. Janet was very helpful when selecting a frame and even ordered one online for me that was not in stock.

As soon as I walked in, I noticed the clinic was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. There is a large selection of glasses and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The doctor was also friendly and knowledgeable and my eye check up went smoothly, and they even helped me put in my contact lenses! I never enjoy going to the optometrist’s office but the doctor made me feel very comfortable and put me at ease throughout the entire appointment. It’s difficult to find a place that cares about your concerns and is willing to help, I’m very glad to have found this optometry clinic.

I've been going to their eye clinic ever since I was a child and I can promise everyone that this place is very well organized and worth going to. There are a variety of glasses from small ones to big ones. Dr. Chow and Dr. Chan are very professional at doing their jobs and extremely patient and thoughtful with their clients. The staffs treat all their clients with respect and makes you feel very welcomed. They always take their time to go through my eye exams to make sure I get the right prescriptions. I am extremely thankful for their hospitality and I'll continue to go there every year!
