Trip to Italy was fast paced and covered nine major cities. Air transit was a great airline and the tour was fully book. Bus drivers and guides were very knowledgeable. Stephano was always making the events clear and provided excellent arrangements through Carrani tours! Sarah was always reaching out and looking after all of our concerns and needs! Looking forward to our next trip!

Sarah was instrumental in assisting me with this very important last minute need to travel with my daughter. My daughter not being a lover of travelling combined with having been years since I travelled, Sarah was not only extremely patient working with our angst of travel post COVID - but up to speed on all new travel requirements. Sarah,We just got back from the Royalton in Antigua and wanted you to know how much we enjoyed it. The over water bungalow that you urged us to try was amazing, truly nothing like we had ever experienced before. The food was above average for an all inclusive and the butler service that came with the accommodations was great. They were impressively responsive and before long they were actually anticipating our wants, just bringing them to us without a request. No surprise the cost was also above average but to anyone out there who can swing it, we would say treat yourselves. You won’t regret it-that is for sure!
