We had given Yuri some expectations for the house we wanted and then we gave him a lot of freedom to show us houses that we had not considered. That was a good idea. The house we purchased was in the price range, but far above our expectations, and that was thanks to Yuri's expertise. Yuri dealt with pretty well everything, there was no situation that Yuri did not have a plan to deal with. We got what we wanted, a great house and great value.The house we sold was a mess because of a situation we created.
