Overall seems like a nice spot, but I feel the need to leave my first ever review here after having BY FAR my worst ever hair cut experience... Friendly staff, but extremely slow (I was in the chair for over 60 minutes) and very aggressive with the buzzer. I feel like he just ripped out a ton of my hair in the process. Saw someone else comment on 'avoid here if you care for your hairline'... and I get it. Worst part is, my first covid cut after 9 months looks absolutely terrible! I was facing out the window the entire cut so couldn't see in the mirror what he was doing. I asked to shorten the top length three times and it is still way too long and very uneven. The middle portion of my bangs goes past my nose while the left and right sides don't make it past my eyebrows. After all that, I will need to go get another haircut somewhere else immediately because my head looks like a giant mushroom and I didn't get a good look at it until I got home. I feel if you are going for the style they normally do there, they could nail it, but not for what I would call an 'ordinary' men's cut.

Very professional atmosphere. Each barber is experienced and talented. Greeted by a lovely front desk attendant. Cheerful and pleasant. I live in the neighborhood, great location unisex styles and cuts. Rare five stars.

Lennox and Barry in the first two chairs are the best. Quality cut at a reasonable price. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is the long wait time. U got to get there early or you have to wait forever.

This was my first hair cut in a black barber shop, and it was a great experience. Keith’s work was very precise and detailed, and it’s easily the best cut I’ve had since I can last recall. He nailed it! And the price is incredible! $33 for a cut and beard trim.

It can be hard to find black barbers out there that knows how to cut.This place knows how to handle black hair and I've been coming here for over 2 years now.The atmosphere is amazing and being so close to the station makes it very convenient.

Lennox, Jr B, Barry, Fattah, and Aunty Reds are all awesome. Lennox is who I've been cutting with for years. He is very consistent and always keeps me fresh. Definitely a legendary and Iconic black owned barbershop shop that has been passed down generations. No doubt a Toronto Treasure!

I havent been there yet but i found their business online in search of afro caribbean barbers in the area. I saw THEIR ad online offering a discount if I call. So upon calling they're attitude wasnt the best and responses to me were as if im crazy or this was something that i made up. Its your promo, you should know about it. Whether it be one thats old or not, if its old take it down, or if its up honor it. Either way, not a good start to an experience thats for sure. But its the closest one i could find, so ill go. Lets see how they round out the experience.
