Knix Calgary Retail Store

Very clean & organized store. Staff are very welcoming and super knowledgeable!! The store also has a great fitting/sizing system - samples of each style of undergarments are available for you to try and compare.

I’ve been following this brand on social media for a long time and finally took the plunge and bought underwear bra and shapewear during their anniversary sale. I am so disappointed. One of the panties ripped at the seam after one wash even though I followed the care instructions. After jumping through a couple hoops it was refunded, but then the revolutions bra I bought changed fit after the first wash despite following wash instructions. It’s not nearly as comfortable as when you first try it on. I’ve since found more comfortable underwear at half the price. Unfortunately I think Knix puts more effort into marketing their products than the actual quality. I am a solid would not recommend

Wonderful staff! I love the feel of the store itself, just very light and open. I had a great time trying on different items at this store, all the lady's there are super friendly and helpful. They helped me find some of the best fitting bras I've had in my life and they are so comfortable! It was great getting to ask them questions about the different shape wear options and they explained it without making my feel bad about not knowing. Overall was a fantastic experience and has changed the way I will shop for bras forever!

Amazing staff! I always loved knix from their online store and it was wonderful to actually have a storefront in calgary, the vibes are great as soon as you walk in and you can tell they put alot of thought into how they want to customer to feel walking in. I felt comfortable asking questions and the staff were very knowledgeable and even recommended me new fits I hadn't even known they offered. They have sizes for every body which feels amazing as a plus sized woman to be able to walk into a store and actually have your size. I felt really good walking out of there, and the free tote bag didn't hurt haha

The employees are phenomenal. Going underwear or bathing suit shopping can be super stressful. This was beyond the best underwear and bathing suit retail experience I have ever had.Thank you for being exceptional and promoting that all body sizes and shapes matter!

Absolutely amazing service and knowledge! My first Knix purchase was online where I experienced some sizing issues, but customer service was incredible, and I am not shocked by the unreal custom service from a Knix Brick and Mortar store. Thank you so much ladies and I will most definitely be back!

This was a great and refreshing experience!I am a larger individual, so finding a good bra is hard. I really appreciate that the advertising and the mannequins represented larger bodies. My male partner saw the models on the building and thought this place might work for me, and he was right (don't tell him that though).When I arrived, they were busy, but they put me on a list to get a fitting room and a sizing, and I got in pretty quickly. The sizing was quick, and the staff were really knowledgeable because the sizing was spot on. I had several different styles to choose from, which was nice because as said I am larger and often that narrows choices.I also really appreciate the fact that they have a 30-day return policy, allowing for wear and washing. In fact, the staff member suggested I wash it first! Bras are hard to figure how they'll fit after a few washes, so having that extra time is really awesome. Plus the staff member said any returned items are donated to the local women's shelter, which is just amazing!Thank you so much for representing and providing good selection for larger women! Please keep it up, I really hope to shop here in the future!!!

Didn’t get much help from the staff working there at all…And there was plenty staff around the store seemingly just standing around. Very frustrating experience trying to find your size. Trying to find a good fit in a bra is tough enough. Would be nice to have people willing and eager to help

OMG! I purchased a pair of super leakproof dream shorts ❤️ it can’t be real ‼️ Highly suggest purchasing your underwear from Knix. I have the underwear and now purchased bras and I honestly didn’t think it would be that nice. A DEFINITE PLACE TO SHOP AND I LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have purchased Knix bras before, and admit that I found the sizing a struggle (but the custom service absolutely fantastic), and the same sentiment towards this brick and mortar store in Mission. I came in, was greatly promptly and assisted by a fantastic human (my apologies for not knowing your name fantastic human); she helped me find my size and navigate their selections.Will absolutely be going back!
