We do all our services here. Blake is always really fair and they do good work. I recently had my catalytic converter stolen and he was the only shop that was able to find a new CAT and fix my truck.

I had a flat tire and my road side assistance came to change my tire and I realized that I didn't have my key for my locks on my tire and there was no way the guy could get it off. Someone from Ladner Motors came over and helped just out of the kindness of their heart and took it over to their shop to get my tire off so I would be able to get my spare tire on and have a vehicle. I really appreciated that instead of giving me no solution he took the time out of his day to help me. I chose to get my new tire from Ladner Motors and had them put it back on. I was able to get in right away and my vehicle was done in no time. They made something stressful so easy and I cannot thank them enough! I will be back here and recommend it to everyone.

I called about some issues with my truck and for the most : the call was fine but at the end the guy was amused at my lack of knowledge regarding getting My electrical issues taken care of. Next time wait until the phone is hung up before you laugh at the callers issues. This is my first truck so I'm not up to par on vehicle repair knowledge but there's no need to smugly mock the potential customer. So I'll look for help somewhere else.

Took my Taco there, great service. Have had this clicking noise with my brakes when reversing since day one, 5 years. Never affected the performance but after one hour there and a quick fix which made so much sense, noise is gone. Too bad the conglomerate Toyota could not resolve this, very happy that Ladner Motors did! Still love my truck, just more so now. ~ THX
