Enterprise truck rental

Great service, especially considering we rented a truck on the 1st of July. With plenty of staff to handle higher client volume, our truck was ready to roll out with in front of door by time we were done doing paperwork. They had iPads so the clerks outside in the big parking lot could serve clients faster,’and they even had a big bucket with ice and water bottles free of charge for people exhausted from their move! Definitely recommend this Discount location!

Horrible service, 2h and a half of waiting in a line outside in the rain only for us being told that there is no more trucks to move even if we reserved it several days before. After 30 more minutes of waiting somebody told us to go to another city so we could have a van that has half the place of the initial truck!!! This is just nonsense and we're very mad at the company. May this incident" never happen again and we hope the best for the 10 persons that was waiting behind us!"

Great service as usual. They managed to find me a truck 6 hrs before my reservation to help me move my stuff in time. Staff is very friendly even on busy days. They have a huge float of trucks and cars to accommodate all your needs.

Great staffs, great service. I had to wait 20 mins outside despite having everything ready because one client had not booked online, not fill out documents online, had many questions. Once I entered the shop, process took less than 5 mins. Store can hold 2-3 clients max at safe distance.Those clients complaining about waiting long outside to find out if vehicle is available without reservation, book online or call for your inquiry in advance. Help others by helping yourself, be proactive, complete necessary documents in advance, so you don't spend hour doing that on location and others don't wait after you. Your effort to reduce wait time and paperwork, plays a great role in this pandemic.

Car was stolen and my insurance deals with Discount. Needed a car ASAP. Told me it was reserved for the next day. Show up and they have no more cars after telling me it was booked. Wasted my time and money to rent a taxi. Finally had to pick up my car 15 KMs away the day after because this branch has terrible service and employees who couldn't care less. Stay away.

Hi. I have rented a car from Discount several times so far and unfortunately I have to say that I have never seen a company with this nonsense and ownerlessness. I rented a car for 4 hours a month before your dealership in St. Leonard. $ 122. When I protested, they told me very rudely that this is our rate. I even told them that I always rent a car from Barsard and it does not exceed $ 85. They replied that we set the rate here. In short, I canceled and They said that the money will be returned to you in 5 to 7 days. The same day, I got a car from U Hall for $ 67. I do not know to whom I should express my protest and unhappiness.

Had my reservation cancelled because the employee I spoke to did not know I had to make a deposit, even though I offered to give my credit card information. So without a deposit I lost the truck I needed. They made the mistake but I had to pay for it. Still much better than U-Haul who cancelled my reservation the day before the move without explanation.
