Historical Plaque - Humber River Gateway
The Oak Ridges moraine is source of many rivers and this area commemorates the source of the Humber River - a Canadian heritage river. The plaque is located on a boulder where King Side Road terminates at Yonge Street. There is a plaque and a few informational signs a out the importance of the River to both aboriginals and those who settlers it’s watershed.
