TBG Prom

I had an amazing experience at TBG! The staff were super friendly especially Esther. She stayed with me until I found the dress I was looking for and made sure it was smooth sailing the whole way through. The setting is very comfortable and the process was made simple and easy due to the good environment and well thought out layout and schedule. They fit me in without an appointment which was just above and beyond and I am so glad I purchased my dress from a company who has such good customer service. Thank you again Esther, you personally picked out my dress that I took home and I cannot thank you enough!

My consultant Gracia was THE best! She truly made my day and helped me find the perfect dress for prom. I never would have thought to try on the dress I ended up getting without her help and advice. She had amazing service and was so kind and made me feel very comfortable!

Alex at the Bridal Gallery was incredible- she is not only knowledgeable, professional and helpful but she has that extra special touch and personality. My daughter went into her dress shopping appointment, unsure of a few things, and what she was looking for and Alex was able to get us focussed and narrow things down to what was going to look best on her. We are soooooo delighted with the dress and with the service.

I had such an amazing and helpful experience here. My first time here the girl that was helping me was a bit busy but I found some favourites but, my second time there, I had a different girl, Natalia, and she was absolutely amazing. I can’t say how much she helped me in finding my dream dress. Just from a few comments on the dresses she pulled some out and I ended up choosing one of them right away. I know I will stand out at my grad and I can only thank The Bridal Gallery for this.

I loved the staff at TBG. Michelle, my consultant had the best energy and was running all around to help me find my perfect dress. She was so sweet and polite. TBG has amazing customer service along with the best collection of prom dresses. The prices are reasonable as well. I love this store and will return to it again. Thank you TBG and Michelle ♥️
