The best place to drop off or pick up passengers, good refuge for winter time, it is well maintained and safe. There is an elevator on the east side of the wall that gets you to the subway, there are stairs to the subway inside the structure.

Great place to pickup people. A reasonable amount of parking.Only issue is it is a circle so not always easy for people coming or if the subway find your car

Great and convenient. I am pleased with the way this pick up station is designed. When used properly, everything moves quickly.I don’t enjoy how people park their vehicles in the circle, it takes up some room that could be used for people to pick up their passengers.

Drop off point is always blocked by a delivery van trying to use the elevator, probably Tim Hortons. No quick exit when you are blocked by them.The pick up area can get congested during rush hour as everyone is parked around the circle waiting for people. It gets even worse when those spots dry up and people park in the inner and outer round about circle.The kiss and ride does the job except during the evening rush hour when it turns into a log jam.

TTC vehicles are always parked in the entrance and at the exit loop. They create traffic hazards and blind spots.
