Shelburne is a great Tim Horton. I wish when just drive through open it could have curb side for the app orders. I travel my order is small and simple but waiting in the long line is impossible so I end up leaving my order when I discover the line up

I've travelled across Canada and this is in the top 3 for worst service out of all Tim Hortons. With 9 staff members working they manage to create a line of customers out the door with one single till open, as well as a lineup of over 18 cars.I often give the benefit of the doubt to customer service, I get it. It's not easy normally, let alone during covid. But I urge anyone in senior management to swing by this location for a day, don't say a word to them, and watch the absolute dumpster fire that is this Tim Hortons.

The worst Tim’s I’ve ever been to. Service is always extremely slow and they get your order wrong almost every time. Even just ordering is a frustrating process. If it wasn’t the only one in the area, I would never go.

One of the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Waited several minutes before being served. Staff seems to have no knowledge of their products. Complete and utter chaos among the circus clowns working there.

Just the dark roast coffee for me today. When I looked down and saw the little happy face hand drawn on the lid, a tear dripped from my eye. Needed that little bit of kindness this day.

Absolutely terible short staff ok only drive thru ok. If I walk to drive thru and ask them for first item they don’t have that another item another answer we don’t have that. I think will be way better close this place until they have all items what they offer. Sorry for local unbelievable

Strange and horrible, Entire bill was paid off and I did not order anything else; however, 400 pts were taken off my account as a separate transaction. I went back to ask why, a young woman gave me a phone number and said call this phone and get your points back". When I asked if I could have something else instead

For the 5th out of 7th time lukewarm tea. 80 percent I get cold drinks 15 percent wrong drinks and well it's right 5 percent of the time. Who they have for owner or manager.I don't just pay for tea I pay for services that this place is lacking and no leadership through owner or managers.

This visit this year wasn't as good as my first visit. My coffee was good but they got my kids food order wrong and when I went back for another coffee around suppertime I was over charged for my coffee and I was not happy about it when I know Iwas right I told the drive thru cashier he kept telling me i was wrong whenclearly I was right because i getthe samecoffee 2x a day. There wasnt enoughstaff to have thdinning room open to allow customers in to make orders and use the washrooms.
