My Favorite Nails Spa

I usually go downtown to get my nails done but I wanted to try somewhere closer to where I live. I’d booked a gel removal and manicure with colour and was pretty disappointed with the service I received. The gel was taken off entirely by filing machine (which is unusual) and without moving all of it they said it was finished (obviously forgetting the manicure). I thought that when they did the manicure they would at least take off the remnants and buff my nails back into a good condition but instead got a massage with horrible hand/body cream and very aggressive cuticle pulling which hurt a lot and left me bleeding. Colour was applied somewhat unevenly and you can see the leftover gel beneath. No cuticle oil was put on and I was left with my hands under the drier for about 20 minutes while both of the ladies who had been working on me were busy with other clients. One thing I can’t complain about is the price. It was $21 for almost an hour and a half so I would say if you want cheap services and aren’t that fussed about quality then definitely go here!! Huge selection of colours too. It’s just not for me as when I get my nails done professionally I like them to look better than when I do them myself at home.

I got my first ever set of gel nails here, and they were done beautifully. I got a spot last minute, and they were very quick. However, I was not given a hand massage or anything like that, it was very quick in and out.

I am not going back here. I have come here for a long time and been a loyal customer. A while back I was in there with my sister and Vivian (who answers the phone) was being quite pushy. I let it go, but today on the phone when I called to see if I could change my appointment, she cut me off and was rude. I just didn't appreciate not being listened to. I know we can all have busy days but you have to treat your customers well. I cancelled my appointment and have no plans to go back.

Great place for beautiful yet affordable nails! I don't get anything fancy or extra, so its the best option for me. I can always get a spot to come in, even if its last minute. The culture in the shop is a bit ehh, but its not a big deal for me.

I came here for the first time today and had a great experience with my full set. I did not get the ladies name unfortunately but she was fast and efficient with applying the nails. Everyone was friendly, and she really took her time matching my inspo pic, when I feel like often this is overlooked. Plus the prices are affordable. I will definitely come back here again!

Always make an effort to get me in..price and quality of work coincide. Would definitely recommend to others.

Few days ago my friends and I booked for pedicures and gelish. This was my first time here. They had brand brand massage chairs which were super satisfying. I really liked the service only wished if they had hot stone massage included in pedicures.

Great experience! The staff were fantastic. Tia was my nail tech; she did a fantastic job on both my pedicure & manicure. If you decide to go here I'd recommend her as she is super kind and very nice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high quality service at an affordable price.
