I had a poor customer service experience at this business. I made an appointment online this past Monday afternoon to have my Google Pixel 6A screen replaced. My appointment was scheduled for late Friday morning. When I arrived at my appointment, it was clear that the person assisting me nor anybody else at this business had looked at the details of my appointment before I had arrived. The person helping me spent 10 minutes in the back room before coming out to tell me that the screen was not in stock and would have to be ordered. If the part required to repair my screen needed to be ordered and wouldn't be available in time for my appointment, I would have appreciated a call to either reschedule or take my business elsewhere. The person helping me repeatedly said that he would order the screen and I could come back next week, but I refused. I did not want to deal with an unprofessional handling of an already expensive service. I was not offered anything to rectify the mistake such as a discount on the service or even a free box of screen protectors after the repair was done. I took my phone and went elsewhere.

My husband took his phone there today because he had debris stuck in the charging port and despite the many how to videos he watched and things he tried, he could not clean it out. The young gentleman at ubreakifix was quick, professional and fixed it within 5 minutes and didn’t charge him a thing. We will use him for all our phone repairs in the future.

Fantastic service! These folks know what they are doing and go above and beyond. I am not very tech savvy and it was nice to work with Emerson who was very patient and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. Very much appreciated!! Let's hope I never break my phone again, but if I do I will be back! Thanks Emerson!

Terrible experience dealing with these guys. Long repair times. Expect over a week before your phone is repaired. They don’t use genuine oem parts. They don’t tell you that upfront either. If you have any issues with your phone consider taking it somewhere else before taking it here. They don’t fix it right the first time.

Hi all! I went to the service center on the recommendation of a friend because my child broke the TV screen. Master Nick competently advised and we decided that it makes sense to replace the screen with a new one. The work was done efficiently and even faster than I expected!;) I will also bring my PS4 for cleaning and replacement of thermal paste. I recommend this to all owners of game consoles before the hot season!

Best place to get your phone fixed in the city of Edmonton! Basically it was a jammed sim card reader for a brand new phone. I visited multiple cell phone repair shops in Edmonton including Apple and everyone said it was not fixable. uBreakiFix fixed it within 15 mins. Saved me the cost of buying a new one.

I took my daughter here to have her iPhone 7 screen repaired and this is what she said: I had dropped my phone one too many times and decided that it was a good time to get it fixed. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently it was fixed and would 100% recommend for anyones broken device.I was also pleasantly surprised to hear they install screen protectors for the Apple Watch Ultra.

Initially the experience was positive the phone required a new battery we paid had it installed not even a month later the screen wasn't working they said we needed a new screen paid full price for that was installed screen stopped working after a couple weeks they couldn't find an issue with it when they took it apart and put it back together it was working again so we went on our way a month later the screen stopped working again has a crack in the screen protector or so we thought brought the phone back in they forgot to put the screen protector on will hold no liability for it no longer covered under warranty because it's the actual phone screen and will only offer a $20 discount to replace a brand new screen again not happy that they will hold no liability to the fact that they didn't replace the screen protector when it was fixed for a second time which would have probably saved the screen on the phone and been under warranty or still be working. The fact that they won't own up to their mistake of not replacing the screen protector is not right. When you make a mistake you own up to it and fix it as company you're not doing this not even 3 months and multiple issues to get me to pay more money

I found in this location for screen protector installation they said it was $25 when I arrived they wanted to charge me 35 and after telling them about the phone conversation they reduced it to 25. They said it would be five to eight minutes I then proceeded to wait there for 30 minutes. After asking why it took so long he said their printer was having issues and it wasn't cutting the screen protector properly. The facility is also very dirty and not well kept. They also don't perform the installation in front of you and there is no privacy transparency with your phone. The technician I delt with was Jeremy.

This place should be called UBreakWeBreakItMoreI called to enquire if they could replace my 4 month old iPad screen, I was told they could and it would take 40 minutes to repair. The next day I dropped it off and I returned after 40 minutes. It wasn’t ready I was told another 15 minutes. When I returned the second time it still wasn’t ready. I sat and waited as it was pouring rain. The young man came out after having my iPad for more than 90 minutes and said, “we have a problem, the volume up down button broke” (it was working fine when I took it in) he said he would order the part and they would repair it. He told me it would take 20 minutes to repair when I took it back in after the part they said it would be another hour at least. I didn’t have an hour to wait so I took my iPad with me and left. Upon further examination of the iPad the up down volume button is missing, the on off button is missing and the camera doesn’t work. I do not recommend these people to touch any of your electronics.
