Great room! Only two things are that we used the pullout mattress from the couch and we had to make the bed ourselves and if you don't get there early then good luck finding parking. Not a deal breakers, though. Still a great place to stay.

Property is old , poorly maintained and very dirty. ( carpets in hallways worn and stained, parking lot in dire need of sweeping. Dust on most surfaces of the lobby, bricks on balcony’s falling apart , just a generally poorly maintained property)Rooms are dated but kept somewhat clean.Hot tub was out of order.Front desk staff in the morning was definitely not interested in customer service would not allow a 1hr extended check out.Very dissatisfying service after spending 2 nights in of their “ higher” end suites.I would personally recommend staying elsewhere.

The hotel was ok. One of the servers in their restaurant, with short hair, was very nasty. She has anger issues and should not be dealing directly with customers. She should be in the kitchen making salads and out of sight. She could also use a refresher in sensitivity training relating to people of different cultures.

The biggest complaint we had was the lack of air conditioning, which seems to be the case in most hotels in the area. Other than that the rooms were fairly basic, however it was quite quiet and we were able to do what we needed to do, which was sleep

The rooms are above average in size and although the fittings and fixtures are old they’re all working properly. All the amenities were also in good condition and easily accessible. The hidden gem was the Inn Grill. Simply superb.

My family and I were evacuees from Edson due to the wildfires. We tried to find a decent place to stay but had little to no luck in Hinton so we went to Jasper. Upon arrival we found this Inn and decided to try our luck at getting a room. The staff were more than accommodating for us and our three pets and three children. They welcomed us in with no issues and were so understanding to our situation. We had a beautiful room with 3 beds one for each of our children and a nice queen bed for my wife and I. The kitchenette was amazing and the room was so clean. We felt right at home. Once they lifted the evacuation order we were sad to go home. The mountain views and friendly staff along with gorgeous room were beyond my expectations. We will be back! This was home away from home. Truly a magical experience.Thank you to the staff for being so patient and understanding in our time of need! We appreciate you!!

Right in town, but not too busy with traffic. Lots of room for parking. Nice to have a restaurant right in the building! Pool, sauna and hot tub were great. We stayed in the King Suite, beautiful large balcony, 2 person jacuzzi and was overall very clean and quiet with very comfortable bed. Stayed at a few places in town this trip, would definitely recommend this one! Will be back for sure. Great value for what you pay.

I always stay here. Solid pool and amazing steam room. Out of the busy sector and easy walking to anywhere you need. Great value.

Good location, right in town but not very busy. Adequate parking inside hotel premises. Rooms are cozy, the bedroom in the loft upstairs is superb. Refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils all are there. Sofa, Balcony with chairs, fireplace overall very good rooms. They have an excellent swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna. However, the breakfast buffet had the same menu over three days and the restaurant was understaffed.
