So grateful to have found Viktoria on our last trip to Canmore! I came across her website on the day we were arriving. We were traveling with our 10 month old daughter who sleeps terribly in a pack 'n play. I contacted Viktoria last minute to see about a crib rental and was able to pick up the crib later that same day. Communication was flawless, pick up was incredibly simple and the crib was in perfect condition! Had we not found her our trip would likely had been very different, thank you so much again for your quick turnaround and efficient service!

Thank you Viktoria! All of the gear rented was a lifesaver - especially the nice comfy crib, the size of which Viktoria helpfully suggested based on the age of my toddler. My toddler does not sleep well in new places, and having a familiar crib made a world of difference in helping us enjoy our vacation. The stroller and toys were hits as well!Special mention to our delightful pick up crew, who were conscientious and very helpful in Viktoria's absence. :D

I use Snugglebug gear for my granddaughter when we visit my daughter in Canmore. Viktoria has a variety of equipment available and everything I've rented has been in like new condition - pack and play, high chair, stroller. The price is very fair and Viktoria is wonderful to work with. The service is extremely easy to use!

We forgot to pack our carrier on a trip to Canmore. After a quick google search I was able to find Snugglebug and book a carrier for our trip. We picked it up 2 hours after booking and Viktoria had it waiting for us. Will definitely use this company again!

I rented a backpack carrier through snugglebug after realizing I forgot to pack mine for my family camping trip. The gear was in excellent condition, ordering and communication was easy and quick. If you are traveling to the Banff area I highly recommend this service for all your baby gear needs.

She responded right away and even let us pick up a playpen after 6 pm when we were desperate as we did not know where we stayed didn't have one for us. It was super cheap and the playpen was clean and even let us borrow a protector sheet and sheet. I will 100% recommend to anyone going to the mountains and forget something or flying in and can't bring!

I rented 2 baby gates and they were just what I needed to keep my kids safe. They delivered them to me and I dropped them back off because I needed them until the end of the day. They were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely rent again.

Rented a pack and play and hiking baby carrier from Snugglebug for our recent trip to Banff. They were so easy to communicate with and we had our pack and play soon as we arrived to our Air bnb (late arrival). The hiking carrier was the best decision we made since there are tons of amazing trails and regular carriers just don’t cut it. Our 17month old slept in the hiking carrier majority of the trip !Thank you again for the amazing experience. Would highly recommend.
