My fiancé and I are getting married in Spain. We live in the niagara region and when asking Ansley if she would be willing on taking on this project to get a group of our family and friends there she was thrilled about the opportunity.She has been one of the most professional people i have ever dealt with. Always in constant communication and giving us all the details we required. She has made planning a trip with a group of people, majority who have rarely travelled very easy.Her personalized webpage for our wedding that comes with all resort details as well as payment structure was of great help to us. We also love the countdown clock so we can see just how long it is until we get to say “I do”Thanks Ansley and I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for a travel agent with that going the extra mile attitude

I started working with Ansley in 2019 when I booked my dream vacation of a cruise with my hubby set to sail in 2020. She researched places we wanted to go and gave us options based on our timelines and must have destinations. Of course Covid happened and cancellations started, and through that it would have been SO much more stressful to rearrange if we didn’t have Ansley. I appreciate her patience with all the questions and back and forth indecisiveness and multiple changes we had to incur with the pandemic. Ultimately we finally got to go on our vacation last week and it was wonderful. I had mixed information from others on how things worked in a cruise but everything Ansley guided me on was correct. We have trusted Ansley to book numerous trips for us over the last few years....destination weddings, honeymoons, getaways, etc. A few of them have fell through due to COVID and she has taken care of every detail no matter the outcome!
