MILSIG Armament - Airsoft & Paintball Store

so incredibly frustrating to drive in from Langley during the hours when they are supposed to open, and nobody is there!!! If I have to drive for almost an hour to get to a place, I might as well go to the other airsoft store close by that I KNOW will be open. They seem to take business more serious than these guys.

Have been a customer since last year. I've made plenty of purchase, all that I'm happy with.Editing my review because I had something go in for repairs... Repairs were never done. Parts were never replaced and waste of money to pay for work that was never done

I fought bad traffic and drove from far away to sit in my car for half an hour when they are supposed to be open. Obviously going out of business, they have no guns or any product in their cases like the pictures so i figure theyre still liquidating on the way out. One of the guys behind the counter was super helpful, despite speaking in tongue i mean chinese with the other guy behind the counter. Probably calling me a dumb white guy; oh well, must be nice to know a second language.

Guy went to the warehouse today during their working hours he did not put any info online or on the phone to tell us that he went all he did is put a sticky note on the store and said @warehouse and a clock next to it saying will return at 2:15... its 4:28 right now and still dont see anyone in it

Great staff, very personable. We're having Internet issues the day I went which made inventory and payment a hassle, but chatting with the guys there balanced out the annoyance of the inconvenience. Only a short walk away from Skytrain and plenty of parking in the plaza that they're located in.

All I can say is that most of us who were satisfied with this store were too busy fiddling with our new purchase and more often than not forget to write our reviews. Might not be the best place" for those just starting out in airsoft but for the experienced players your exchange here will be quick and smooth. TM items are a lil overpriced but nothing to complain about. nice store front with elegantly placed guns in glass display tables. Large selection with some unique items I haven't found in other Canadian dealers

DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE, liars, all of them. i saw kwc cz75 full metal on sale, i watch this gun 3 days, still on sale 139. friday a call store and ask to hold it, im coming to buy it. price still 139. after i pay i saw on the bill price 200. sales guy try to play stupid games like he dont know why is now 200. on web site was already changed to 200, after i called i want it. when i come to store, he play with computer, probably changing price, because dude recognise me im there to buy this pistol, so i say i want refund, not taking it for 200, dude actually didnt refund me, but i pay it twice, he press wrong button on the card terminal, if i not checking my online banking i go out with empty hands and -400$. so yes, he try to lie second time, after all this his terminal doesnt work and try to blamed me and my debit card. he never say sorry once!!! i apologise for my action, because i was pissed, but sale guy just blaming my card, ppl in office, everybody, just not him self for his mistake with refund. loser, he was unable to refund me in cash for some reason. after 3 calls to office he finally refund me. absolutely incompetent sales person and horrible customer service. also he talk on the phone in Chinese, so he think i can not understand, but too bad. my wife is chinese and i know how to swear in Chinese, he did it twice. probably about me. so i spend there 40 minutes for nothing. im done with this amateurs. also dude need to follow opening hours. he is open how he like, not what opening hours says- this happened 3 time before this problem today.

I ordered a gun from their fine selection and knowing it was on back order still went through with it. They state 4-8 weeks waiting time for back order, it has now been 15 weeks and I still have not received it, nor has it even been shipped. I can say with certainty that this is poor service and upon questioning the late shipment, I am told to wait another 4 weeks and that they will send an e-mail to me updating me on the situation. I have yet to receive this e-mail, and an update to my shipment. Poor service, hopefully the quality of the gun will make up for it.

Went down as a complete newbie into the sport to find out what I should expect going I to the sport.Got info on basics of recommended guns to start with and general info. However there was only one person there who was juggling calls/etc and sales so was a bit strained in getting full attention.Still is a great store to check out.
