Very clean storefront and helpful, friendly staff. Not pushy, but said hi and made me feel welcome. Games were well organized and it was easy to find the one I was after.

Always a good place for new and used games and accessories all the way down to t-shirts and paraphernalia for all your anime needs LOL.

Absolute toxic staff. Never work there. No benefits for employees, staff discount is the same as edge platinum card. Dying business ran by horrible people.

not necessarily a bad experience, just not a great one. There were 3 people behind the counter conversing, which wasnt the issue. I like chatting with my co workers too when i have no customers to help. There was no clear indication on which side of the counter had the register open since there were cashiers standing on both sides, so i awkwardly walked to the side of the counter i was closest to. All 3 staff members just stared at me for about 10-15 seconds while not saying a single thing to me. Just staring. It was just a really awkward experience. Im an introvert, I get it, but you work in customer service, at least say hi to the human being thats standing in front of you clearly wanting to be helped.This isnt the first time I've had this type of experience there, and based on the reviews it seems I'm not the only one.

Had great customer service by 1 employee (had full beard, didnt get name as his name tag was flipped) when the line up got long he had to ask the other employees to help, they were just standing around talking. One employee (Carmen) rolled her eyes and made rude comments under her breath as she walked past me, she clearly wasn't happy she had to help someone.Twice he had to ask the other employees to help customers.

First time here. Very friendly staff and the store itself is a decent size. Not sure about overall stock but when I was there they did have a lot of PS5s in stock. Will definitely be back. Would recommend.
