The old guy sitting at front desk was rude and disrespectful as I was wearing mask and said 'masks are not allowed and they've been robbed'. At this point I said I'll just walk out as you don't want my business. I wear mask due to seasonal allregies and this business is outright non accomdating for any face covering. If small businesses don't want to accommodate then there are big box stores, who have no issues and will gladly take my business.TLDR stay away if you're a person of color.

Purchased a battery for a Ford Escape, great price, comes with warranty and they're very knowledgeable. I asked for the wrong battery but he knew that wouldn't fit, heghe me the correct size. Great people, I highly recommend them.

Purchased an Odyssey AGM battery from Lowell, he was very informative and great to work with. Battery and warranty seems to be of better quality than Motomaster (Canadian Tire) but we'll keep an eye on it as time passes.

There was no other place to get a Odyssey agm battery and at this price. The gentleman saw me about to change my battery in the cold, he invited me into garage and did it for me as i didn't have the right tools. Highly recommended!!!!!!
