After 5 months of communication, a set start date and notifying my 27 tenants that construction was going to star, and a whole weekend of prepating the basement. JP, Paulo or whatever his name is-cancelled at 6:30 am the day he was supposed to start. Save your money.

JP and team were incredibly professional, detailed and exceptional at what they do. As a new homeowner, I had no idea the extent to which my basement leaked. There hasn’t been a drop of water since they finished. Not to mention, they left my basement cleaner than it was before they started. I’d highly recommend to anyone.

Our basement flooded during Christmas week. We called Main St. Waterproofing and they came right away to give us a quote. JP was very professional and friendly. He was able to start the next week (during the holidays!) to install a sub pump and waterproofing of the basement. JP showed up on time and was finished within a couple of days. We have had no problems since. So happy with his service and company!
