One of the worst monitoring companies on the market. Customer service is abysmal. The one job they have, to alert customers of alarms, they cannot even seem to do. Highly do not recommend using this company as your monitoring service. Complete garbage of a company

I have had this security system with me for over the five years and i decided to terminate the contract by the contract end date. Notification was given one month before the contract end date, mobile app as usual terminated by the contract end date but the bill was charged the entire month with the explanation that Sorry sir

I was with this company for 5 years. Not once did they ever contact to reair service. But in the end of contract. They took another month rental on the service and when I contacted them and told I no longer require there service they cancelled my service immediately and never refund my money. So rude of this company. I would recommend that you stay far away from this company.

Worst security company ever. They always lie. They got me locked on a contract for 4 years while their dealer advised me if I am willing to cancel I can cancel anytime. Their technical support is very rude and they don’t wanna help. They will always try to overcharge you.Zero trust with what they are saying. I don’t advise anybody to go with them without reading their contract otherwise you are locked on their contract and if u wanna cancel they will get you to pay the whole remaining duration.Very unsatisfied with their service.

Do not use this company. They will have people do a routine service call and without your knowledge have you enter into a new contract term. I was already in a service agreement and did not need to renew my contract so when I get work done and I sign the paperwork saying upgrade" I did not know it was starting a brand new contract term for 48 months from the date of service. I am currently contacting every fraud agency and if anyone has had similar issues with them let me know and I can add you to my claims. The way they went about renewing this contract is grossly unethical and shady. Stay away from these guys."

Very unethical company. BUYER BEWARE.If you don't want have the time to read this whole review, I would give it zero stars if I could. Very unethical company. Horrible customer support. Horrible service.Everything was fine for the first few years with the service. Until something goes wrong and you need support. This is where things went off the rails.So around 1:30AM a few nights ago, the alarm started beeping for seemingly no reason, as nothing was wrong in the house. I disabled the alarm and tried to go back to sleep. About 5 minutes later the keypad started beeping, even though the alarm was disabled. So I entered my master code again. It started beeping again!So I called Securtek. Was on hold for 45 minutes, and they told me that they'd have to schedule a technician to come out. They didn't give me a solution to make the beeping stop. So I asked the support person if I could disconnect the power to the pinpad. He said yes.So I tried to reconnect power the next day, and the pinpad kept beeping. I called support again, and after an hour on hold eventually, they said that I'd have to call United Alarm to schedule service.There seems to be infighting between Securtek and United Alarm. They're pointing fingers at each other.Needless to say, I wasted 5 hours of my time dealing with this, and the earliest I can get someone to come out is almost two weeks from now.I told SecurTek that I wanted to cancel. They say that there is a 30 day cancellation policy, and that they have to charge me still. I told them that I don't even have working alarm service with them. They DON'T care. All they want is your money.I called one of their competitors, and they are able to come today - the same day that I called them.Do yourself a favour and read reviews of the other competitors and pick one. You'll be happy that you avoided this disaster of a company.
