Sea to Sky Gondola

What a great experience… i’m scared of heights but the gondola was a pretty good ride - I just had to close my eyes the first minute. It’s a lot longer than it looks from the base! Ticket is pretty pricey but the view from the too is wonderful, and everyone is really nice!

What an amazing experience!! Breathtaking views. Ride is pretty smooth. Once you reach at the top, there are several trails and a Cliff walk. It was my first time. Our ride started at 1:30 PM; there was no waiting and we were down by 5 PM. And the queue was getting longer at 5 PM.It must be one of the ‘must watch’ places in Canada.

Amazing experience if you live in a province with no mountains or being close to visible mountains. Would recommend doing this at least once in your life time.You can either hike up or take the gondala up and back down. We took it up instead of a hike up since we only had a few days left on our trip.At the top you can cross a bridge and there are multiple hiking trails you can take with different view points.

Definitely recommend coming during the week to beat the crowds. We didn’t have any wait for the gondolas. Loved the summit lodge. Good gift shop and clean restrooms. Lovely patio with beautiful views, even if you don’t eat at the restaurant. Would love to visit again.

The gondola ride is a super fun experience while the views from up top are amazing. It's pricey, but if you go, plan on spending 3 or 4 hours wondering on the trails for a few hours, have lunch, just hang out looking at the views, it well worth it. The trails have different difficulty levels so at least wear good runners or hiking boots if you plan on walking the trails. I bought my ticket online a few dollars cheaper off Fever but you can buy there too.

What a breathtaking place! There isn't a direction you can look that's not a perfect view. I attended a wedding at the lodge at the top. It was a beautiful venue. Great drinks. Perfect outdoor atmosphere. The gondola ride takes about 10-15 minutes. I didn't do the hike up but it seems like it would be fun to come back for that.

Beautiful place with some adventure.Once your at the summit you get a beautiful view of the Howe Sound and the surrounding mountains.They have great coffee shop too.The suspension bridge is definitely the best part of this visit.

The Sea to Sky Gondola is quite the ride up the mountain. The rise is in a cable car that is quite large and can fit up to 8 people inside. There are large windows and it feels very safe. A smaller window opens as you travel up the mountain for fresh air circulation. It takes quite a while to go up to the top and there is ample time to take photos and video. In summer, the view is amazing. Both the ride up and down is enjoyable.Purchase your tickets online and avoid any lineups.Parking is hard to do on a weekend so try to visit on a weekday instead.A souvenir shop sits at the bottom and there is usually an icecream food truck too. I suggest using the washrooms here before going up the mountain.

What an experience! The ride to the top is breathtaking, but once on top, it gets even better. There are plenty of trails to hike that will take you to fabulous viewpoints and through deep forests. There is a Cafe with good food and drinks. Be sure to bring your water bottle with you and stay hydrated.

Fantastic, must visit location an hour from downtown Vancouver. Would highly recommend taking the shuttle (paid) from downtown to avoid driving and parking hassles.Can easily spend a few hours here.The restaurant up there is decent. The food is reasonably priced and wait times aren't long
