We purchased a London ECO-METAL roof for our home roof replacement in April 2022 and it was installed as promised in June 2022.The company representative Peter Bussell was a very competent and knowledgeable individual who listen to our wants and concerns. He gave us excellent advice on what we needed. We got a thorough professional installation and have received numerous complements from neighbors on our new roof covering. The company installed good quality metal roof 2 year ago. I believe due to to some technical issue water start dropping from my ceiling on Sunday March 5, 2023 therefore I called the Company in the afternoon and they picked up my call immediately . After one hour or so their technician turned up and did his job to the best of his ability.I believe that my roof is in safe hand.

My new metal roof is gorgeous. They have a great long lasting warranty plan the cost of installation was very reasonable. My colour was back ordered for a few months the sales guy was miraculously always busy when I inquired about when my installation was going to be done based on the initial installation date. I had to tell the sales guy (N.A) to be honest about what's going on because the delay was beyond the expected date and don't get me wrong he is a very good sales guy and he's their best. I just felt like avoiding my calls was unnecessary, so finally the roof gets done and they're finished they left there footprints on my roof, left a tiny part of my roof undone and didn’t fully clean up afterwards. I've complained about some of the unsatisfactory work but they told me that the rain would clear the footprints off the roof that was April 2022 and now it's June 2022 and it's rained several times and the footprint has not been washed away like they hoped. If you do choose this company to do your roof just keep in mind some of these things that you're going to have to watch out for. Contract was August 2021. Estimated completion was October 2021. Actual completion April 2022.FYI: Should your AC unit decide to go on vacation without prior notification get it fixed immediately. This is what happened to me, within 48 hours my home went from 22 to 31 Celsius.

Apologies, This is late but better than never.. Short and sweet, I used London Eco-Metal to install my metal roof.. Kevin C, the roofing consultant was fantastic. He came to the house with samples, made recommendations, was straightforward and to the point. He was definitely the reason I went with this company. During the installation of the roof, right of the bat, one of the roofers fell ill. Michael A (the other roofer) did everything by himself. He was courteous, professional and informative throughout the entire process. I cannot imagine putting an entire roof together by one's self but this gentleman did it all. He did not rush and was quite thorough. Our neighbors also made positive comments on Michael's work ethic.Between Kevin and Michael, I am happy our family went and chose this business. They were professional and courteous throughout. Our roof looks outstanding and we never fail to get complimented on how it looks. Thank you again for the outstanding product and I'm sure we'll enjoy it for years.

Was tired of the old shingled roof having shingles blow off the west side 3 times in 9 years since it was installed, thus the decision to go to a steel roof which was installed by London Eco-Metal Industries. Installation took place March 2 and 3 2021 in the cold weather. The installation crew headed by Rafal, Rafal and Rafal, yes 3 of the 6 workers were named Rafal. They all, plus the rest of the crew did a very professional job from start to finish, leaving us with a beautiful steel roof. Our yard was left spotless with all garbage and debris created from the installation removed upon completion...(ask for this crew when doing your roof as they are all well trained tradesmen with a lot of experience and expertise pertaining to steel roofs and some of them have been with the company for 16 years)....... All the neighbours on our court we live on loved and remarked how well the roof looks and some wanted to do their house just from watching how it was put together. The very day after it was completed it got tested by strong Spring-time winds and passed with flying colours. Today as I am writing this, it rained very heavy and hard all night and no sign of any leaks, water went into the eaves perfectly from the roof, and as far as the noise, the rain hitting the windows was way louder than the rain making noise on the steel roof. We left the one layer of asphalt shingles on the roof as suggested, as they contribute to sound reduction which we really noticed was lessened when it isn't raining on a normal day weather-wise. I guess what I am trying to convey is we really like the new roof thus far in the 3 weeks it has been installed. Would highly recommend London Eco-Metal to do your roof if contemplating one. For us we are glad we went this route and do not ever have to worry about going through the process of having another roof done. Out of sight, out of mind except when you take a peak at it to see how nice it looks and how it makes the house look like a new one pretty much. It changes the appearance for the positive for sure. Thanks London Eco-Metal, appreciated the job you did. As for asphalt shingles, never ever would I have them installed on a roof again on any house I will own.
