Excellent customer service and pricing is hard to beat. I've been a customer for more than a 15 years and have never had an issue that wasn't easily resolved. Good selection of CCTV camera's and cables, wall mounts, etc.They have some hard to find items as well.Thanks gents!

I have been using this store for all of my security camera, internet networking, and audio video distribution needs for many years now. The staff are very pleasant and Beyond helpful. A lot of times I go in asking questions and they always give me the best solution for the problem that I'm up against. Their products have always been outstanding with quality and longevity. Not to mention their prices are very competitive and I find some of my best deals at RTC! they have even gone out of their way to help me with equipment that I bought many years ago that I thought was not working and they helped me work out problems with it. I would give more than five stars if I could

Great place to find all your hard to find electronic parts etc. They have security cameras, networking gear like router, switches, WiFi access points. The best is you can find the hard to find adapter, switch, faceplate etc. Great prices and always find what I am looking for. Friendly staff and try to help you find things as well. They know what you are talking about if you explain the issue. Definitely recommend going there, won't be disappointed.

I had very very very bad experience at this place. They are selling garbage items. I strongly suggest to not to buy anything from them.I bought 3 chargers for my cell phones, 2 for Samsung and one for iPhone.None of them were fitting in my phones. When I went back to them, they don’t want to return or exchange, instead they started arguing with me. I cut the charges infront of them and threw them in their garbage bin.Note: strongly suggest to please buy from somewhere else and save your money.
