Costco Wholesale Kamloops

Im not one to argue and this is my first star that isnt a five star on google but the staffs at the Kamloops Costco are delusional. We went to costco today to get our mom cake and flowers for her birthday while my parents were at work. While we were waiting in line there was a worker who was off her shift who turned around and asked whos card it belonged to. after finding out that it was our dads and why we were using it, she brought the manager to us. She wasn't with the manager because she was too scared to see us again I guess. Typical Karen material. They took away the card and was very disrespecful and kept trying to keep us at the store we though we said okay several times. Another times, my dad was at costco and there was a broken pallet that stabbed my dads ankle and he had to go to the hospital for it because it hit his bone. We told the manager about it and she said she cant do anything about it. Absolute joke of a human being.

As a wholesale store i think they should have halal beef as well. But, it's a really nice place to do monthly or biweekly shopping.

Going shopping just to get samples? Costco is the place for you. My only real gripe is that they buy crates and crates of food and get you hooked on something....only to find out they have no more stock (argh!) But hey, good prices , large quantities , and $1.50 hotdogs!

Costco is always good. Also, it's nice that they have a gas bar here. The food service area was being revamped when I was last in, so it wasn't available, but hopefully, when it is, there will be seating again, and that they will take cash payments again.

Busy bust busy , but that's expected for a costco . I like it there . Cashiers and other staff are friendly and helpful

Rudest employee’s you will ever meet. I work in Customer Service as well and I would never ever treat my customers the way they do. If you’re planning on making a trip here, be prepared to be treated like gum on the bottom of their shoes.

I went to Costco today. i went in about 1pm. It was a good day . I love the shopping experience. Even though it was busy the shopping experience was great. I was greeted by the employee at front store and with a smile.. I really like the kamloops store it is always well stocked and very easy to find necessities for the a person’s life. Being a solo shopper things are definitely easier for me as for family shopping it maybe harder but for me it’s a great store. I found everything i needed and a good experience. The girl at the check out was friendly also ask if i found everything and made my experience even better because i could tell she liked her job and could tell on her face!! So i am a regular shopper 1 a werk and definitely go back!! 5/5

Good staff. Good selection of items. Joel and other folks at front desk are helpful. Easy returns. No hassle.
