Dr. Kraft was great! He was assessing some reactions to meds for my mother and made some helpful recommendations. Easy to book an appointment and follow up in case of an emergency. Reception area can get chaotic and they don't acknowledge you at times, so a bit more customer service would be appreciated. Parking is limited and every time we were waiting for someone to leave in order to park.

Have seen Dr. Lynde and Dr. Kraft (for my kids) and saw Dr. Al Hakeem for myself. Dr. Al Hakeem had the best bedside manner of the 3. He was efficient but I did not feel rushed. He took time to give me options and was patient with my questions.

Waited over an hour without informing of the delay at any time, and the dr was not at all expertised or professional. Not very helpful and doesn't say much and has no proper manners. If the rush is that severe, maybe not squish so many patients in and try to manage time properly with proper service.

Dr. Al Hakeem is great. Efficient and caring - can’t ask more of a specialist doctor. Very patient and resolved my issues/ queries thoroughly.

After waiting almost 6 months for an appointment we arrived 10 minutes before the appointment time.Haven't even seen the doctor yet and I'm writing this. We had an appointment for 1:50pm and it is currently 2:50pm and we are still in the waiting room. Receptionists are brash and rough. I'm not a confrontational person but I got mad and asked the receptionist when were are seeing a dr. The coworker in the hall calling names spoke to me and said 3 people ahead of us. And then checked a computer, came back to say only 1 person.People who came AFTER us got their appointments 20-30 minutes late but now we are at 1 hour late, 1 hour 10 minutes waiting in total.Let's also not mention that it's overcrowded, there's limited seating of which I left for the elderly but after an hour of standing in place, I'm in pain.Will update when we meet with the doctor.Update: we were sat in the room for an additional 10 minutes before seeing a doctor. Nice addition to this visit.Update: nice, over 1 hour wait for a 3 minute appointment to which we were dismissed as having a wart to which he did the same thing our regular doctor did even though it clearly didn't work the last two times.This place is TRASH

The dermatologist are great and super accomodating. However, the receptionists are terrible human beings and Im sorry to say this, but its the caucasian ones (especially, the curly brown haired one with glasses). The caucasian receptionists will only be nice if youre caucasian yourself. I checked in with my family member (I am a POC) and they were terrible to my father. They acted as if he didnt understand english (hes lived in Canada for 20 years and speaks excellent english). They were impatient with him, barely verified his information (even though they verified with other non-POC), they mocked him and other patients behind the desk, and, overrall, just terrible human beings.If I could rate the dermatologist alone, I would give them a 10/10. As for the lowlife receptionists, somewhere between -100000 out of the 1 brain that they share.

I had previously written a review that I have since retracted. In my prior review, I was unimpressed by the quality of customer service I received over the phone.However, after having visited the clinic for my appointment, I was delighted to find the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. I can tell the staff loved what they do.Dr Lynde was very amicable, takes the time to listen and understand my concerns. I had a thousand questions, and he was happy to answer them all. He was very clear in describing what needed to be done.Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience.

My partner has seen both Dr. Goodfellow and Dr. Lynde and was essentially told the clinic only deals with extreme or urgent issues since Covid. As a result, my partner wasn't listened to or properly attended to. She has gone to this clinic and seen this Dr. Goodfellow years ago and had a very positive experience. Despite the other reviews, I had a great experience at this clinic! I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment as I was afraid of facing a long wait time, but I was seen right on time for my 9am appointment. Front desk staff was kind and efficient and Dr. Carrie Lynde was a pleasure! The waiting room is busy, but everyone was wearing masks. Great experience!

I arrived at 2:15 for a 2:20 appointment and waited maybe 3 minutes before being brought into the exam room. About 5-10 minutes later I saw Dr. Bashar Al Hakeem, who was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. Within 10 minutes we had a thorough plan for how to tackle my concerns. The clinic was fast, efficient, and all staff were plesant.
