We’ve come here for two separate renovation projects and had a great experience both times. Sawwa was so knowledgeable and patient, offering tips and advice while allowing us to make the decisions we were most happy with in the end. We have been looking for new tiles for out shower and bathroom floor. We have gone to numerous stores and the staff could care less if you were there or not, then we went to Tile Town in Richmond and that all changed. From the first moment, Judi guided us through all of the choices, she is amazing! Don’t waste your time or money going anywhere else!

The staff provide the most amazing customer service! Great product knowledge and always friendly and helpful. Judi and Alvin are the best. They will find what you are looking for, even if all you have is a photo of your desired tile. When I hadn't been there in months, they actually remembered my name. I even had the manager take the time to explain schluter systems at length to me on one occasion. Highly recommended.

Judi gave us great design tips and helped us pick the perfect tiles for our backsplash. When we ran out of tiles we called in and she quickly got us the same tiles and made sure the dye lot was right. Great attention to detail!

My wife and I stumbled into Tile Town when we were over at Home Depot preparing to renovate our suite. We were blow away by the amazing customer service that Tile Town provides its customers. Mark initially assisted us and he was ferociously amazing in his suggestions. We were then helped my Judy who was equally amazing but a little less ferocious. The team provided us good feed back but never pressured us into something we didn't want or were not sure about. They answered all of our questions and gave us different perspectives on design. Their prices are competitive but their customer service is second to none.

If you’re shopping for tiles , we highly recommend Tile Town. From the the moment we walked in we were treated to excellent customer service by Alvin. We found him to be knowledgeable, approachable, gracious, easy going , friendly , and accommodating . We visited the store 3 times and each time he remembered who we were and greeted us like the bar on Cheers .. “he knew our names “.
