Hi everyone!I am writing to share my super positive experience with Go Appliance Repair! I had a chance to use their service a couple of times, and every time my issue was resolved professionally and quickly.First, I had a problem with my washing machine. For some reason, it wouldn't spin the tub, even though all other functions worked just fine.My second problem has been fixed a couple days ago, and it was related to the dishwasher. It didn't work at all, and the buttons did not respond. Guess what, they got it fixed :)I am not sure who exactly will come to fix your kitchen stuff, but if it's gonna be Dmitry, just thank God!Strongly recommend this company!

AVOID GO APPLIANCE REPAIR. That's the short story. Now, here's the long story: after reading positive reviews about this company, I asked them to come by my house on December 15, 2021 to fix my range hood. They charged me $360 on the spot (surprisingly expensive for a small electronic part in a 15 year old range hood) so that they could order the replacement part. They said they would get the part and fix the range hood before Christmas. Well, that never happened. I started checking in with them through January and February via their phone number and website. After about 10 different attempts someone finally got back to me and agreed to check into the shipping status of the ordered part. But then I heard nothing back. After hounding them again several times over the next month or two, someone finally got back to me again and said once the part actually arrives at their office, I can either go ahead with the repair, or get a refund. In other words, no refund until they get the part themselves - now, that's not awesome, but I get it; they don't want to pay for a part that got lost in shipping. (this was more than 4 months after they took my money) The replacement part did eventually arrive – and I realize that slow supply chain issues are definitely NOT their fault – but I opted for a refund just to be done chasing these guys and being ignored about 95% of the time. BTW, I had been quite cordial the whole way along - not rude, not demanding, but clear that I just wanted my money back. No responses...this is after several months of leaving messages with them every way I could. As of the writing of this review it's been 6 months since they took my money. Frankly, $360 is not a big hit to take – it stings, but I'll survive. Being completely ignored for 6 months is what has kept me frustrated with Go Appliance Repair and inspired to write this accurate review as a warning to others. AVOID GO APPLIANCE REPAIR. Find a professional, honourable company that will actually return your calls.

I was very pleased with this company from start till the end. I called to book an appointment and I was able to get it same day. Technician arrived on time. He was able to diagnose the problem quiet quickly. Luckily for me it was just a minor error with the control board.Highly recommended!

For a long time I made a choice with which company to go better. I chose Go Appliance Repair and was delighted, many companies did not give me confidence that they would fix such a big problem with my washing machine, but Dmitry performed a miracle, my machine works like new again and a great service was provided. They came out within 24 hours, had the part on hand and replaced, and had my dryer machine up and running within 2 hours.Alex was our Technician and was very friendly and knowledgeable.I highly recommend this company!

I called this company on Christmas eve and they were very professional and polite. I had booked an appointment with them. I had a problem with my refrigerator. Alex arrived right on time and was very polite and had his mask on and cover for his shoes I have older people in the house so that was important for me. He fixed my refrigerator same day. My washing machine wasn’t draining and Go Appliance Repair came on Saturday to check it out. They replaced my drain pump and charged me $360 total (new part + labour). My machine still would not drain. I called them everyday for a week (kept saying they would come today) until I could not hold off on my laundry anymore and called another repair company (Certified Mechanical if you are looking for a recommendation). The issue was a few socks stuck in the drain pipe. They said they would refund my labour fee via etransfer ($160) but I have yet to receive it or get a text back...
