Enterprise Rent-A-Car
We've always use Enterprise to rent cars when we need to. We booked a car to take us the the States to visit family. Got there on the day to pick up, they we're busy but very professional. Got our car and went on our vacation. Halfway through Washington I noticed the airbag light was going off and the passenger airbag was off even with my other half sitting in the seat. When we finally got to Portland we decided to swap vehicles and the process went smooth and we had a fun time in Portland. When we returned the car they guys at Nanaimo Enterprise were understandable and professional on how we were treated. We will definitely be booking with them again. Another plus they don't slap those huge bumper stickers with their name on so we wouldn't be a target for a break in. We highly recommend this palce.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Excellent service, good no hidden fee price, fantastic new car and friendly staff. I only gave 4 stars because we needed a car for Sunday afternoon for a three day family trip, they are closed on Sunday and close at noon on Sat so you have to pay an extra day and pick up the car Sat morning.

AVOID ENTERPRISEI have gotten 2 tickets ($400) based on what ENTERRPISE attendant told me to do on the road to rent THEIR car. Unprofessional behaviour and Insincerity are fully disclosed to their customers, so JUST AVOID!!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
When I borrow a car they said I can use the car for over 1 month max1500$, because Icbc will pay for that. But suddenly they said Icbc approved only 750$, so I had to return it, and They promised me if I returned the car right away, they will reimburse my overcharges, but 1-2months later, they charged everything to me suddenly, so I called them, they answered rudely, I couldn't accept it, so I refused to pay, so they sent my case to credit collector. They are unkind, rude and cheaters!!! I will go enterprise homepage and will blame this case.

Courteous, responsive, and authentically sincere service. Joseph in Nanaimo was patient and thorough in his explanations, and didn't mind that I was 30 minutes late due to a backlog of people requiring taxis at the ferry terminal.Other agencies may have hemmed and hawed, or insisted on extra charges or cancelled bookings, but the consideration shown by the staff is one of the many reasons that I prefer to book with Enterprise.

I made a mistake and thought enterprise was at the airport so we had to take a cab from the airport to the enterprise location in Nanaimo. I called and explained my mistake and asked if there was anything they could do to make going home easier since I was travelling with a 4 month old. The staff were absolutely amazing and so accommodating. They offered a ride to the airport to make things easier for us!I will always choose enterprise now for their amazing customer service, even though the mistake was completely my fault, they still made us a priority.

I had a great experience with Enterprise rental car! Although there was a small issue with the car I initially rented, the staff was quick to address the problem and provided me with another car that was even better than the first one. The team at Enterprise was professional, courteous, and made sure I was satisfied with my rental. I appreciated their dedication to ensuring my trip was a success, and I would definitely use Enterprise again in the future.

friendly staff, these guys helped us out when we had made an error booking online. A little of trying to upsell us but hey its a cheap rent a car business. Car was great, service was great.
