Central Park Dental Clinic

We had a great experience with Dr Roger Chan and all of the staff. My mom had an emergency and they were very accommodating. Even though she was a new client, they treated her with so much kindness and patience. Christine is a great hygienist (no pain during cleaning) and Sabrina at the front desk is very organized and patient. They also speak Cantonese and Mandarin. Dr Chan is now our family dentist. Easy location if you take transit or drive.

I live in White Rock yet will not go to any other Dentists and travel to Burnaby just to see these people! Dr. Fanny Chu and Dr. Roger Chan are truly Rockstar's who exceed their patients expectations every single time!!! Marylou in their office has always accommodated me with any questions about billing or appointments and general enquiries. Erica and Mimi their Hygienists, also surpass all others I have ever encountered at previous Dentists. Do yourself a favor and go see these people regardless of where you live and you too will be in good hands.

I have been a patient at this office for 33 yrs. I have seen many changes over the years but the staff are really pleasant and professional. However, there is one member who really stands out. Her name is Marylou. If she's not the office manager, she should be. The very reason everything at this office runs so smooth and friendly thus, allowing these 3 great Dentist to service their patients is because of Marylou. It is easy to overlooked her because she seems to be just one of the staff upfront helping you as a customer. But make make no mistake, Marylou is working harder than most behind the scenes ensuring your claim is getting the needed approval and reimburbursement. Marylou is simply the best and treats everybody like her family. If you have any issues with your coverage, appointments ect...she will not rest until you get a favourable result. You can not go wrong choosing any of the three dentist at this office but Marylou is the key to their success. Whatever they are paying her, it is not enough. I have been seeing Dr Chan & Dr Chu for all my dental needs. They are simply wonderful. My wife sees Dr Rensen and thinks she was sent from heaven up above. Great place, amazing Dentists and a wonderful staff. This is a no brainer.

I was referred to this clinic because my son spoke highly of his dental visits w/ Dr Chan.The clinic's receptionist Marylou is friendly, soft spoken, & has that sense of urgency to assist & help when she saw me. The dental assistant assigned to me was Norie who was very patient to explain xrays & what to expect w/ regards to my dental care while I was there. The dental doctor assigned to me was Dr Jenifer Rensen who was very friendly, accomodating, asked questions that mattered when it came to my health in relation to dental care, really listened when i answered or when I asked questions, spoke with clarity when explaining little things pertaining to my teeth and was very thorough & excellent in the procedures of my dental care. Norie & Dr Jensen worked as an excellent team to take care of my teeth and they made you feel like they were really mindful of the patient during the whole procedure. I was really happy with this first visit & will look forward to my next appointment. Kudos to this clinic!

It was my first time at Central Park Dental clinic and I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Chan there. My initial exam and deep cleaning went by fairly quickly and smoothly - I actually enjoyed it so much I didn’t want to leave. I am now looking forward to my next appointment with him in anticipation!Dr. Chan is a genuinely kind and thoughtful dentist who takes the time to listen to your concerns and voice his own thoughts & opinions on the matter. He is very through and goes into explanations as to what is going on with your teeth so all of your many questions will be answered. He expresses care to his patients and seems to know what he is doing very well. He is skilled at his job and deserves every right to be a dentist- there was no pain involved !He went above and beyond and I will not turn back to another dentist . I’m so glad I made the choice to come here and see him today sincerely .

Dr. Chan and the dental hygienist’s are first class. He is a fantastic Dentist. The only issue I have, Is that they are very aggressive on the business end. The business manager might want to review some practices.People must remember that CPD are a professional operation which offers the services of highly trained and skilled professionals, and they are not a car dealer

Dr Chu is nothing short of incompetent at best. I had a partiall done by her which was wholly unacceptable. The right side was set at a near 45 degree angle and one of the most visible teeth was, I swear, 1/4 too short! Instead of offering to replace it or offer an appropriate discount on a replacement I was charged full price for the second one! Ridiculous and dishonest. I am thoroughly disgusted and have no idea how this woman even graduated from dental school!

I highly recommend Central Park Dental Clinic as the Doctors & Dental Hygienists always make their patients feel so welcome. Plus the clinic has all the safety procedures put in place for COVID so I felt super safe.Dr Chan is the best dentist I’ve ever had and I’ve been seeing him for years. He always takes great care of me and my teeth. Dr Chan always keeps me informed on what’s best for my teeth so I can keep taking care of my them.Yesterday I had a cleaning at Central Park Dental Clinic and it was the best experience I’ve ever had as I had no anxiety. The Dental Hygienist Rebecca who I’ve had in the past remembered me from previous checkups and that made me feel so calm as she remembered that I have anxiety while at the dentist. Rebecca made my appointment feel so relaxing, and that has never happened before.If you’re looking for a great dentist, I highly recommend Central Park Dental Clinic. Dr Chan is my favourite Doctor, however all the doctors at the clinic are superb.
