I’ve, had the best customer service at this location. It’s been a Straight forward process of getting there in time and meeting my examiner at scheduled time.I had Dale as my examiner, super cool guy because of which I endeavoured a pleasant aura and was able to focus without being anxious.At no means he tricked me or gave me a super challenging time to showcase my driving abilities.Highly recommended to clear your test.ATB!

It's time shut yo store down I will recommend you all save your money for good meals instead spend anything to them. Just look at review and they don't change reason why it's owner ship who run this company very bad. Stay away from them. Everyday they get bad review still exit on earth too.

Coming in at 8:15 and there are already 20 people lined up. Open at 8:30 and after 20 minutes or so I got my temporary driver license. Service is great.

Hi, I took the Road test in this center for class 5my examiner's name is JEEVAN SINGH. he tested my driving skills and gave directions clearly and politely. I want to give a 10/10 rating. because he is serious about his job.After the test, I asked him to give me advice for upbringing skills he advise me well and cleared my doubts about driving.His calm nature and advice about driving I recognized him as the best examiner and instructor.

Had a great experience with Grace who helped my father and I with renewal on his ID cards. Grace was super patient, understanding, and very professional! We really appreciate all the help provided. 5/5.Some of the other employees sitting nearby, on the other hand, were not so professional and were quick to judge. Therefore, bringing this rating down. What a difference in customer service makes in someone’s experience.

In the past I visited this branch and the truth is that it didn't go well with the people who took care of me.Last Friday I had my driving test and my experience was the opposite of the previous time.I was fortunate to have Thai as an evaluator a great person with kindness when approaching me and giving me the instructions of the test, it lower down the tension of the moment a little. Something that made the difference compared to the previous 2 times was that he understood that I had a bad English in a friendly way and made sure of making me understand each instruction. A great professional, precise and clear. He is a person who gives security and turns a moment of tension into a quiet but safe and very professional journey.

I had a great experience with my examiner, Dale! He was calming and friendly yet professional. I will be recommending this icbc to any friends looking take the road test. It felt like a very fair assessment of my abilities.

I had the experience to go here after couple of years of my previous visit and it was a very pleasant experience! I had postponed going there just because I didn't want to face the horrible experience I had back then again, but it is amazing how they have changed everything. The waiting time is much less due to online bookings. The service providers are smiling, friendly and genuinely nice and helpful. Contrary to my past experiences of not getting replies and just eye rolls. Much much happy! Thank you to whoever brought the changes.

The first staff who took my phone call was super nice and patient, however the second staff was extremely rude and mean, I just want to cancel my mom’s appointment for her since she can’t speak fluent English, the staff made fun of my mom and kept asking her to talk to her in English instead of me helping her. The staff is the worst ever and she didn’t allow me to help my mom with that, not even letting me to give my mom hints of how to pronounce a few words. She kept saying “ hello hello, what do you want l, what is this , what is that… I need you to talk without your daughter giving your hints or helping you with that!” Like ??? What’s wrong with that staff? What’s her problem!? If she has no patience and being mean to the customers, she literally can just leave! She was trying so hard to make my mom feel bad! That mean staff should get fired and leave the workplace, she should definitely leave. Anyone who doesn’t respect other people and being rude, mean and racist should leave the position. I forgot to ask for her name and if anybody experienced the same thing, should document her, and let her manager knows! Worse experience ever!!!
