The girl there doesn’t prepare the order properly inspite of me giving her the feedback of my last order. The sauce she put was certainly inadequate for the amount of rice. I regularly visit the Broadway branch and love their bowls and burritos but this branch is clearly not even near to their level. Very disappointed, will never go next time.

even after overspending, like adding some more extra paid toppings, they did not do go job, Atleast they should add one proper dressing when paid extra.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST FRESHII EVER! They put my order in the wrong packaging which completely destroyed my order and didn’t even give me the drink I paid for. You have different packages for bowls for a reason! Should of gotten a full refund but I couldn’t even get that because of these losers

Super friendly staff ,clean location and easy to get to if you want a healthy option right by the skytrain.I was impressed by the service which was fast and friendly and I would recommend again to family and friends.

Wanted to give it a zero but didn’t had any option so selected one star. The girl working there seems to be undertrained as she was sounding so rude and didn’t even know how to use to POS screen properly. Also she added the Wrong ingredients. Hi, I ordered an Oaxaca bowl and a coconut chia pudding from the 10305 City Parkway Unit 104 Surrey, V3T 4Y8. This is the first time I purchased food from the location above, and the coconut chia pudding which costs over 5$ for was filled with butter taste and it was all brittle with the dark colour of fungus attached to it. This was a threat to my health and I will take action and looking into legal matters for this location to have me pay for the food and then give me stale, old and refrigerated items which are not fresh. The gentlemen employee who were dealing with my order was extremely not interested in taking my order and was very unprofessional as the servings were next to minimum for the items. I am a regular customer for Freshii at the Fleetwood location and I have always ordered the Coconut Chia Pudding and it’s always in a liquid state of matter and has strawberries, pineapples and mango, but here this Coconut Chia Pudding was never fresh, was stale, bitter, missing strawberries but the biggest of all, it was with fungus and dark colour in the product. This extremely dangerous to everyone who is a customer there and now this is dangerous to my health. I cannot believe how disrespectfully I was lied to after I asked if the Coconut Chia Pudding was fresh and the last employee at this time confirmed that it indeed was fresh.You can see in the picture above all of the tiny fungus in between the Coconut Chia Pudding and the dark colour. The pudding stuck to my spoon which represents the solid state of matter which the pudding was in.This is extremely disappointing and frustrating and shocking to find out that a company like Freshii would serve this type of food. I am extremely sick in my stomach after this food and i hope this happens to no one.I will definitely put this up on Google and all of social media so people will

Placed an order online, arrived at the time I choose and it was ready! No waiting! It was SO delicious. Very impressed with the service and the food!

Great service and food but the portion sizes are often smaller than they should be. If I'm paying $13 for what is essentially rice and veggies that bowl better be full. Please improve this.Cultures" in the mall food court not far away has similar rice bowls and they only charge $11 and they fill it right up to the lid. No extra charge for protein. So let's be better!"

Always the best service and best quality ingredients! I love to eat here whenever I get a chance and the staff is so lovely every time!

I am writing this review for a friend who order from this location today. She like some of the others who have commented was disgusted with what she got and they refused to make it right! She pointed and tried to order a Cobb salad but got handed a Kale Caesar salad and was told that is what she ordered. She protested saying I pointed to the picture of the salad with hard boiled eggs on it" and that's what I ordered. I spoke with the server a young women and said to her that it is pretty hard to get them mixed up and she sniped at me saying that the Kale salad is what she ordered. The server was snotty with us and I don't recommend this place to anyone."
