Pros: the quality of the books is great. I've been very happy with the print and binding quality of all of the books I have ordered.Customer service has been amazing and responds quickly. The web based editor is also easy to use.Cons: did not realize the books come from overseas and shipping is usually extra, unless you buy a specific voucher. Do not love that vouchers expire (sometimes within a month) and sometimes the vouchers are glitchy with application.

Photobook Canada offers exceptional quality products that exceeded my expectations. I recently ordered a personalized photo album for a special occasion, and I was blown away by the attention to detail and the vibrant print quality. The album's construction was sturdy, and the pages were thick and durable. The customization options were plentiful, allowing me to create a truly unique and meaningful keepsake. The ordering process was straightforward, and the delivery was prompt. I highly recommend Photobook Canada for anyone looking to preserve their precious memories in a beautiful and lasting way.

June 2023 update: after sending Photobook Canada a link to this review, they contacted me and issued me a full refund, which I appreciate. Upping my review from 1 to 2 stars.The quality of the “professional” lay flat, leather-bound photo book I ordered is absolutely horrible. Each page is split into two layers, both the cover and pages are warped and wavy, and the leather is poorly wrapped and glued. They offered me a re-print, but I’m not interested in all of the wasted materials and damage to the environment to re-ship yet another poor quality book, and they would not refund me. The only compensation was a partial credit to my account, to re-order another book in the future, which I do not want to do. I opted to try to superglue the pages and press the book under some thing heavy to flatten it… of course the super glue task was more difficult than anticipated so I have further wrecked what was supposed to be a very special gift. One that I spent over $100 for, by the way – for a book with 15 photos in it. I do not recommend ordering from this company.

I have ordered a number of books through Photobook Canada over the past many years. After trying a number of other companies, I found PC to be the best in terms of quality. I also appreciate that their customer service is always available and deals with concerns promptly. Each year I order calendars in bulk. The fact that pictures can be printed on both sides is great. Most companies do not provide that option. Also, the price for a bulk order is reasonable and provides quite a savings over buying that number individually.

I have literally ordered hundreds of books as gifts for family and friends and never been disappointed. The price, the quality and the color cannot be beat. Other photobook companies I used before Photobook took weeks to get my order but Photobooks beautiful hardcover books are printed and couriered within days of my order. I have referred Photobook to many people over the last 8 years that I have used them. If I have ever needed any help customer service is efficient and quick to resolve any queries I have. I HIGHLY recommend. You will be glad you used them.

What I like best about Photobook is their support when I am having issues. I send an email and they respond right away. Terrific customer service. The books when completed look so professional and are a terrific way to capture the memories. I enjoy the opportunity to play around with the layout and the captions. I've been using Photobook since 2017 and will continue to do so as I explore this beautiful planet.

I have made several photobooks with Photobook Canada and all of them are very good quality. The shipping is always within the guidelines, which is 7 to 9 business days. I buy the prepaid vouchers and the designer software is very easy to use. I have compared prices to other photobook companies and the prices always come out lower. Photobook Canada is my favourite!

I have made many photo books and ordered other items. I have tried several companies but I have mainly used Photobook Canada. Now, I will only use them. The quality is excellent; the price is too; and the service is great! I have had the occasional problem and I get help very quickly and my problems have been solved. I mostly make photo books of our travels but have made others such as a birthday book of remembrances for my wife, a journal with pictures and some other events such as my experience in the Canadian Stick Curling Championships. I have purchased golf towels with our pictures and mugs as well. I always enjoy making the books, getting the books and looking back at our adventures.

I use Photobook Canada for all of my books. I love the fact that I have complete control over the design of the book. The product is excellent. These make wonderful gifts with a professional quality finish. I usually receive my books within 8 days of ordering. That is pretty amazing! I have personally made dozens of photobooks through this company.

Thank you to Kevin Smith and his team of Customer service people who really helped me when I could not figure out how to proceed with ordering multiple books in a voucher redemption. The service was truly kind, and thorough, I was frustrated but was never made to feel stupid for not being able to navigate the process successfully in my first attempts. I will not hesitate to call on the reliable customer service I experienced again. First, Allan tried to sort it out and extended the date so I could complete the last books by the new deadline date he entered , then he gave me his supervisor’s email to follow up with. Kevin got back to me very quickly and took over the voucher redemption on my computer for me. Great collaboration skills. The order came in a week and I was mostly very happy with it but the cover on some were not what I expected from a design perspective, -the white bars on two sides were not what I had planned on. Through phone and email, Kevin resolved that the problem was that I failed to check the final edit and the bleeds to accommodate the wrap-around photo on the cover, That had not been clear to me, so , in pursuit of my satisfaction Kevin was able to reorder them after I edited the books. One week later I had all my books in hand and everyone was amazed with the high quality, colour, detail and artful presentation!
