Ordered from skip the dishes. Order was wrong and tasted disgusting. When I called to tell them the worker said I need to ask for a refund and then hung up on me and would not answer the phone when I called again. This was at 10:25 August 9 th.

Absolutely horrible service. The girl working had absolutely no concept of urgency, wasn't friendly whatsoever and had her ear buds in while dealing with customers and making the food.

I know it is $2 Taco Tuesday but it was literally two tablespoons of tasteless & cold beef and lettuce. Staff did not smile even once, no eye contact, nothing. As soon as I was gone she was on her phone.

They are usually pretty consistent, but today I ordered a large beef burrito and somehow they ended up forgetting the beef! It was full of sour cream, lettuce, and re-fried bean paste. Unfortunately I live 30 minutes out of town and didn't notice until I got home, so I ended up throwing it in the garbage.

The crisp beefs were great, and the hard shell tacos are amazing. The hot sauce is so good. Ask for sour cream, it makes it better lol.Tuesdays the tacos are half price.

The old bald guy needs calm down and and let the girls working there do something.. He was very grumpy... Also really poor set up the food needs to be moving down to the other end of till.. waste of space .. really bad customer service

Today was full of so many wonderful people, all except the guy behind the counter of the Taco Time in Parkland Mall today. I have visited this location multiple times over the years, but this was by far the worst time! An older bald man was the person we had dealt with and he was not only rude but unprofessional. He barely spoke and when he did it sounded like an Order rather then a question! And to top it off I believe him to have messed up my order! Normally recommend but not today.
