they didn't even know what the video game series shin megami tensei was and were rude when I asked about it even though they had one of the games in stock very disappointed by their lack of knowledge (was cringe)

I went in on July 11, 2023.The person at the counter was amazing.Great store with excellent customer service!!I definitely recommend this store. It is always better to buy games in person and get a hardcopy that can be resold or shared.

Got my iPhone 8 Plus swapped out for another unit, the iPhone 8 Plus is water resistant so a splash in the tub will NOT cause the phone to get liquid in the phone itself causing it to be fried, My phone before that had the wifi not working at all so they swapped it out for another 8 plus, so we are on round 2 of broken phones, not impressed, will not be buying another phone from GameStop, there clearly is a quality assurance problem going on as that is not normal for the devices, be wise and don’t buy an i device from GameStop, you can get the same devices cheaper with warranty on eBay for less.

The manager was very rude and told us to leave if we weren't going to buy anything referring to allowing others to shop.. But no one was in line outside at all. We've spent thousands of dollars at EB over the years as we're avid gamers, but I won't be purchasing from this store again. I'm honestly shocked that the MANAGER was like this..
