Charlene helped us to upgrade our window coverings to the much nicer roller shades. She was very accommodating for appointment times and even dropped off samples in our mailbox when we had more questions. The install process was fast and easy. Our experience was great all around.

Tracy, General Manager was phenomenal in assisting us pick blinds for our new living room windows as well as a bedroom. We chose soft touch blinds as well as side panels. We are more than happy with everything from our in store visit to in house consult with Tracy to select fabrics to the install. It was simply amazing. This is our third time using Superblinds and would recommend Superblinds again and again.

We had such a wonderful experience with Tracy from Super Blinds and the installers Ben and Shawn. From the moment we walked into the store Tracy was amazing and her knowledge and design expertise were so helpful. She really captured what we wanted and made wonderful suggestions. She was so responsive with follow up and always available to answer our questions as they arose. We are so happy with how our blinds and drapes turned out and we received the best customer service. Charlene was on time, brought lots of great samples, and seemed to know her product very well. She was great to work with. We love our blinds! The install went quickly , with no problems. The installer was polite and did his job well. We'll definitely use Superblinds again.

Very disappointed in the store’s handling of a situation where I had an expensive blind that I needed fixed. Was told it wouldn’t make sense to fix it and we would need to order at new one. As it is one of a whole house with the same style I decided to order a new at a cost of approx $600. I placed the order on Saturday afternoon, they aren’t open Sunday and I called Monday am first thing to explain that I was able to fix the blind so would like to cancel the order. Yes it’s a custom order but the manufacturer is not local. There is no way the production would have been started yet. They wouldn’t even try to stop the order. I was just told no. Well it is what it is, but I want people to know that clearly you can’t expect any type of help or service after the money is handed over.

Wonderful attention to detail and exceptional service. Dianne and her team ensured our cottage was properly designed and implemented. A professional experience throughout. $$ is not the only thing that matters when purchasing blinds, service, attention to detail and value are paramount. Well done!! Thank you... Joe Potenza
