The church and instrumental were beyond beautiful and soothing. The reason for the 4 stars:They didn't play all of the music they had listed on their list, I was a bit disappointed. And it ended earlier than scheduled:/Beside that, I can't Complain

The interior architecture of the church is amazing. The priest is very welcoming and friendly and approachable.

What a lovely and perfect moment at the candlelight concert! I will never forget that moment. I had the opportunity to listen violins in stereo. I loved it

If you want a fun and cool experience, try a candlelight concert via Fever.

Concert was great, sounds was good but not great. To be expected from this kind of building. The staff of the event was nice. Reason for 1 star less is the bench that are far from being comfortable.

We had a great concert, watching Haendel's Messiah. Venue was great as well, with mesmerizing christian baroque architecture. Benches were hard on the tooshie though. Best recommendation is to go for a show not lasting for 2 1/2 hours.

Ever since the Covid pandemic started, many of Montreal's churches have taken to closing their doors for a large part of the day. I was extremely happy to see a sign at the door of Saint-Jean-Baptiste announcing that it was open to the public. As imposing as the exterior architecture of the church is, it isn't at all indicative of its intricate interior. Since Montreal is a city of many churches, it's easy to just walk by one without checking how it looks inside. For Saint-Jean-Baptiste, that would be a big mistake.

Really beautiful Church in platue. Church is open to all and mass is really beautiful and peaceful. Check the timings before visiting here cause it's not open 24x7. Saturday Sunday Mass happens in the morning hours. Really nice place to visit during Christmas or any other Cristian holidays.

Beautiful. Stunning. Absolutely gorgeous architecture and design throughout. But the pews will kill you if you're sitting for too long.

The candlelight concert at the church was great. Only downside is that there is no air conditioning. The sweat is going to irritate throughout the show if you don't come prepared in summer. Definitely a go in winter though.
