I called eight commercial electricians in downtown Toronto with no returned calls or answers. Thankfully I was able to get in touch with Finnigan and Son. They not only answered my call, but got an appointment 2 days later. Jon came to our office and was incredibly thorough and professional in installing drop outlets for our staff in the centre desks, as well as adding a second panel box to send clean power directly to our server racks. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional commercial electrician.

Finding good, reliable trades these days can be a hit and miss affair. Finnigan & Son Electrical Co. is one of those hits, pushing all the right buttons. From my first call (on a referral) to Jon, I was impressed by his professionalism and responsiveness to our needs. Ours was not a big job, but had its tricky challenges: integrating new track lighting and switches within an existing recent electrical installation and renovation, with the hope of minimizing any invasive damage. Jon and his assistant Jordyn met the challenge admirably. His suggestion of using smart, wireless, 3-way switches did the trick, better than I had hoped. He knows his stuff. Finnigan & Son is my new go-to electrical service provider. It's nice to know I don't have to begin from square one on the next occasion. Thank you, Jon.

I had Finnigan & Son install light fixtures that involved in-wall/ceiling wiring and switch/panel work and am very happy with the work they did. Care was taken to ensure that my walls/floors weren't damaged and they cleaned up after the work was done. It's also been some time now and there have been no issues. Working great!Jon also appeared very knowledgeable in building fire/safety code and regulatory requirements and that put me at ease.I also had some questions regarding smart lighting and automation and he was very helpful in providing some guidance/information.I would definitely use them again for future electrical and lighting work.

Toronto Hydro shut down our power for just under four days because of corrosion in the box housing the meter. Jon arrived when he said he would. He was not only courteous and affable, but thorough and efficient. He coordinated Toronto Hydro and the ESA for the necessary approvals. I have had many experiences with contractors and my experience with Finnigan & Son is among the best.
