Such a joke of an employer. They say they don’t condone drama and favourites, yet that is all that goes on over there. So unprofessional in so many ways. Do not work for them nor hire them. They should go out of business in my opinion. If I could’ve given less than one star I would’ve. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING AND GOOD DAY.

Beware of theft , I had Michelle Covey she cleaned out the house alright, stole everything and took took over $1000 . She has been employed here for 6 years.Note unless you see them take the items and you must have serial numbers as well the police cant do anything.

This is not the first cleaning service I have used, but it is the lease liked. Areas not dusted to toilet not cleaned, not a good value for the money.

Reliable, thorough, pleasant, reasonably priced. The ladies are always pleasant, efficient, thorough and thoughtful. I love their attention to detail - the toilet paper is folded in triangles, the towels are nicely folded, just like a hotel room after the cleaners have been in!! My home smells so clean after they are here! I always receive a phone call the day before letting me know what time the ladies will arrive and they are always here in that time frame.

Today April 6th 2017 had an excellent cleaning crew of four ladies. They did an excellent job, and I wish that they were the only crew that came to our house. I am not sure about the fact that Vari Clean says that they find it better to have a different crew for each visit. I am curious how many of their clientele they surveyed. Thanks to the excellent crew lady duty today., she is very thorough. My heart is grateful.My last review was done three years ago. Unfortunately I am not nearly as please with my cleaning services lately. Recently I watched how the service was being done, and some of the crew are unable to reach the areas on doors etc., because they are disadvantaged with their height. So they damp wipe and dust just where they can reach on doors, pictures, shower curtain rod etc.I would like Vari Clean to provide a Customer Satisfaction Review form or online form so they can see where improvements can be made.Louise is the GEM " of that company and I have remained a customer mostly because of her. There are ladies who do a five star job when they are here

This place is far from 5 star. From staffing to cleaning procedures. My uncle who is 55+ used this service last December and upon visiting his house I found his coffee maker with what looked like someone used their saliva to clean his coffee pot. I Asked where who he got to clean it was this company he said 3 girls came in for an hr & did a good job but then I pointed out things still streaky/dirty. Like using dirty rags. Wouldn't recommended.
