Classless through and through

I have never seen so rude sales executive ever in my life. This store have 2 female sales person and both of them are so rude that is not perceived well by customers and most of them were returning without even buying the products they want. I know a few close friends of mine had similar experience here. Not sure if brand or store bather to see my comments to take necessary action.

Normally walking into this location service isn't that bad until I walked in yesterday and Frank helped me (district manager). I ended up walking out with a lovely coat. The eaton centre location is great and staff are lovely there too.

Love love love this store! Discovered this wonderful Canadian (Montreal based) primarily leather goods company last year when I ventured in. Raquel is helpful, knowledgeable and cheerful. Have had a consistently good experience on each occasion with all staff. Always thought it was a men’s store, dark subdued colours and simplicity on style. I was pleasantly surprised at how great outerwear fit. Great products, value and service. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Everything is so well made and beautiful! High quality leather. I get great wear from jackets, gloves, back pack, travel bags, hat and scarf.This is one of the better leather stores with very reasonable prices that is worth mentioning. Their quality of craftsmanship is high. I have repeatedly returned to shop here, every item I purchased is in good condition, weathers well and keeps on holding up under my ‘toss and drop’ approach. While not a leather expert, this Canadian company can compete with the best on quality but with a lower price tag.Life is Good! :)

Yeah I would highly recommend avoiding this brand. Both my brother and I got backpacks from here and after a little over a year, a strap from my brothers bag has completely torn off and the other is on its way. The interior of my bag has ripped from putting my laptop in and out. Because it's been over a year, there's no warranty for these fixes, which I find unacceptable for a 500 dollar backpack. These bags are no doubt made from beautiful material, but the durability makes it far from worth it. I know other bag brands that take the durability of their products much more serious and offer lifetime warranty within the normal scope of use. Those are the brands worth your money.

A good place

I have always loved this company and their calf skin leather products. It is so incredibly soft and durable for everyday needs. Was in the store last weekend and the lady working was gentle, let me take my time to browse and did not bother me at all. I had a relaxing time touching all the buttery soft leather products and cannot wait to return for their black Friday sale :D

The saleswoman was extremely helpful and friendly. She knows the products well.My wife bought a nice purse because of her.

Excellent products and design. Sales staff have always been helpful.
