What a fantastic pair of guys! We have booked our first cruise through them, and they have been so caring, thoughtful, attentive. We've never received such attention from....really, anywhere! Kenneth was extremely professional, friendly and great to work with. With all of the policies and procedures that came along with planning a cruise during covid Kenneth was super helpful and totally saved my honeymoon! I will never book a cruise again without Kenneth’s help!

I needed to adjust a previously booked vacation for universal adding on a day at Disney. Kenneth was fantastic! He provided some clear guidance and suggestions regarding options of how best to grab our 1 day ticket, and added on a day at our current resort allowing us to just travel to Disney rather that uprooting and moving everything to a new hotel.I really appreciate the ease with which the whole change process occurred. Thanks Kenneth I’ll be reaching out about future vacations!
