Poor Poor customer service. They sent me a used store display nero trigger as a new item that doesn't work and is scratched. They admitted their mistake and claimed they would call me to arrange an exchange and I've been waiting for over 2 business days for them to call me, still nothing. It took them 5 days to respond to an email!!!! If you can, avoid this store for online purchases and go to a more professional photo retailer. They may be better in person? I can't comment on in store purchases.

My go to place for anything related to photography. Staff are photographers themselves so they know their products. Prices are lower than online and you get amazing service. In almost 10 years of dealing with them, never had an issue.
